I highly recommend Hammon and Smith services. We purchased a house and they were super reactive and friendly throughout the process. I liaised with a few people and always received feedback and updates super quickly I’m putting a 4 stars instead of 5 as the Sold sign has been up for a couple of months now when they normally stay up to 2 weeks. I appreciate the holiday season meant nobody would come to take it down but I was expecting someone to come in the New Year or at least inform us of when it will be taken care of. We’ve now requested for it to be taken down and it’s still there after 3 days, I’m quite disappointed to see that once the purchase process is complete the level of service you’re getting is not the same

We recently bought our first home through Jonjo, Alison and the team at H&S. We have been residents of Epping for the last 7 years and the journey of finding and purchasing our first home has been a 3 year process. At one stage or another we have interacted with every other high street agent in Epping and had have had so many disappointing and unprofessional experiences which are unfortunately all to common in the industry. Buying through Jonjo and H&S was an extremely refreshing experience. Although, of course, H&S were engaged by the seller to sell their property, at each step along the way H&S ran a professional process and their communication was always clear, timely, open and above all, honest. It made our buying experience so much less stressful and actually enjoyable. Even post acceptance of our offer, Jonjo and the team supported us on a day to day basis, all the way through to exchange and completion. Jonjo and the team were always available to assist us no matter how big or small the problem or issue was. In summary - it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Jonjo and the team, and if and when the time ever comes, we will of course be selling our house and buying our next house with H&S.

Amazing from start to finish. Renting my first property couldn’t have been any easier with Hammond and Smith. Upon enquiring, Joe was very responsive and understanding of my situation and booked a video viewing as soon as possible. Despite my inconvenient situation, Joe endeavoured to make sure the letting process was as simple and seamless as possible. He ensured that any queries I had were answered, and gave me valuable insight with his expertise. The team is focused on ensuring their customers the best service, as I was getting help even on their days out of office - I managed to go from viewing to getting the keys within a week!
