I have just moved back to Epping after 20yrs away, and was fortunate enough to be supported in that process by Joe and the rest of the team at Hammond and Smith. From start to finish, I found their customer service exceptional and welcoming. They all know the area inside out, and as someone who is so rooted to Epping I found that reassuring. Working with Hammond and Smith has been an absolute pleasure from day one. When we needed to relocate to the US, Joe could not have made the process easier for us. Joe is incredibly responsive and always a step ahead, creating our listing and finding us tenants far quicker than we expected and always keeping us updated on any property maintenance needs now that we're Stateside. We've worked with Hammond and Smith for almost a year now and trust that our property management is in the most capable hands. With our time zone difference not always being the easiest for timely replies from us, we also trust Joe's judgement if anything urgent were to arise. There is only one word to describe Hammond and Smith, and that is Legendary! From meeting Joe initially I could tell he was going to be able to do exactly what I need. He was able to give me market insight I would have never had access to. Joe's support and guidance throughout the whole process were unbelievable! Their knowledge and expertise are second to none but that’s not what sets them apart. It’s their personable interactions, how they really get to know your family (and pets!) and knowing what your wants and needs are.
