I found working with Kings very slow. I would regularly wait days for email responses and if I called I would always be told I'd get a call back which never came. I'd have to ring/email over 3 times each time to get contact. When I spoke to the manager about this he got quite defensive and told me they legally have over 10 days to get back to emails - what use is that?! I ended up buying the property through them because I loved it so much and had no choice but it turns out none of the heating works in here which they obviously were not aware of - or worse did but didn't say! Overall not a great experience at all

They have a game app called Guns of glory which is primarily to benefit the paying gamers only. The worst ever game app where they choke and throttle the non paying gamers who are playing it for rewards from other apps. I m playing it from Tagged and the games section is managed by fyber. This game just has really caused me so much of mental torture. The developers have restricted and limited the weak players to the kingdoms which have created just to be victims of paying gamers

GoogleSam and Alfie came round shortly after my mum died to give an estimate for Probate , they were very considerate and professional. Shortly after they asked if they could show a couple round prior to marketing the property and that couple offered that weekend. Sam has worked tirelessly since then to get us a quick completion overcoming any challenges. Both my husband and I were particularly impressed by Tai Henry who was very transparent and honest throughout. GoogleWe used Kings to sell our property and they were also the agents for the property we purchased. Our property was well marketed and we quickly had an offer accepted. I dealt mainly with Sam and Tai who were excellent at dealing with everyone in the chain, communicating with all parties to keep everyone informed and ensure the sale progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. A special shout to Sam and Tai who were very active, professional and diligent. Always contactable and helpful throughout. Both good guys and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend as they were best estate agents I've ever dealt with from start to finish.
