She was so thoughtful, patient, and really took all our needs into account. She went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. Although we ended up going in a different direction due to our personal circumstances, the service she provided was truly outstanding. Having dealt with plenty of letting agencies in London, I can honestly say she’s one of the best, professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Thank you, Lucy, I wish you all the very best. I was way for a couple of months .my partner did the viewings.he was told to wait downstairs as is custom..we had about 5 viewings. When I came back I realised my jewellery box was gone a cartier pen and boxes of perfumes. All together about 12 k.worth. the jewellery was in my wardrobe. When my partner went up the doors were still open. I know that sometimes viewers open cupboards and wardrobes. A family of about six came around looking at everything. I can't say it was them of course .I went to kings in the high street and told someone there. I never even received a call back. Has anybody else had a similar experience?I'm not saying it was a staff member or anything BTW. But how easy is it for strangers to look around your personal space and have a perfect opportunity to take whatever they see.

GooglePriscilla was extremely proffesional and answered all of our questions effectively. However, once I had called the office to make an offer, a man answered, who asked for my offer over the phone. He said that they have received a higher offer, which I’m sure was an attempt to start a bidding war. I believe that the owner of the property has the right to know every offer that comes there way, as it is very common when certain individuals cannot finance their offers, which is why the property I viewed today is still on the market.

Having spoken to the office I understand that an offer substantially higher had already been made on the property in question and i understand it was left for you to reconsider increasing. All feedback after viewings including offers unacceptable or not are passed to our vendors and can assure you informing yourself that a much higher offer is not to create a bidding war but to solely explain the situation so you are able to decide if you wish to increase. GoogleI have been impressed with the service I received from Adam at Kings in Waltham Abbey. I found the perfect house on the website and from the outset the service has been exceptional. From first telephone conversation to an email sent to confirm the viewings, and another email sent on the morning of the viewings as a reminder. Email responses have been very prompt and all communications have been helpful, professional and friendly. Update: I have finally moved into my new home almost 8 months after viewing. What should have been a quick and easy transaction was delayed several times by my buyers not wanting to follow the normal procedure, and being obstructive. Throughout this process, I received advice and support from Luke and the team which I didn't receive from my own selling agent. Exceptional doesn't come close to my opinion of Kings in Waltham Abbey and although I have found my forever home now, IF I ever had to move again, I would only trust Kings with my sale.

GoogleTo say selling our house was a journey would be an understatement . We had a lot of bad luck. However the team at kings were amazing . They went above and beyond for us and did everything in their power to secure us a sale and get us completed within a very strict deadline. Adam was friendly and very professional when conducting viewings and Luke was officiant , polite and on the ball at dealing with sale after a buyer was secured . Couldn’t recommend these guys enough .

GoogleI viewed a property that was on the market with Kings and was dealt with by Charlotte. Charlotte was very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I had to change the appointment time but Charlotte was very understanding. When she took us around the property she gave us some great ideas to overcome the doubts we had ie Where to put tumble dryer etc. The house wasn’t the one for us but we were so impressed by Charlotte that we have booked Kings to come round and value my boyfriend’s property as we feel confident that they would do such a good job for us 👍🏻

GoogleMy dealings were with Sam Nelson the branch manager of Kings Waltham Abbey. I received a high quality of service from the beginning. He arrived on time and was very approachable, listening to my concerns and responding in a straightforward manner with a level of knowledge which was reassuring. I was presented with a really professional information pack which was interesting and informative. There was no sense of pressure and the whole experience was supportive with an offer for me to contact at any time with any questions I might have. I did contact the office on a couple of occasions and the staff at Kings were also pleasant and helpful by letting me know when I might expect Sam Nelson to be available and on these occasions I received a call from Sam within the stated timeframe. Given the enormity of property decisions it is essential to have reliable, approachable, supportive professionals during this time and this was my experience of Kings so without doubt I would highly recommend.

GoogleI cannot thank all at Kings especially Sam I had the move from hell but all through the transaction Sam went over and beyond to help facilitate the transaction,even getting involved with aspects that were not of Kings interest. He was very proactive. responsive and knowledgeable I do not hesitate in saying if he hadn't got involved in certain aspects of my sale/purchase there is no doubt it would have fallen through. GoogleWe have seen a property advertised by Kings lettings Waltham Abbey and booked a date for viewing. From start we have dealt with Ilyda, the estate agent. She was great from the moment we have been in touch with her. After we met her in person at the property, she gave us more confidence in dealing with her. Lovely person and very profesional, giving us all the info needed for us to get the property. Also to mention, that after putting the deposit down and ready for the next step which was the referencing check, one issue came up from our side, and needed to be dealt with. Ilyda and the rest of Kings Group estate agent stuff were very helpfull and patient with us in dealing with the matter, which got resolved in the end. But have to admit that it was with their help and time consuming from their side too. So I can honestly say that , Ilyda and rest of stuff from Kings lettings, have been on our side and did everything to help us out, with no stress or hussle. Sam and the team kept up a steady stream of potential buyers and informed us all the way of progress and even managed to obtain us an above asking price offer. When unforseen issues arose, they kept contact with us explaining the problems and suggesting solutions, and eventually got us over the line reasonably painlessly. GoogleWe have been trying to sell our property for a good while, and had been with other agents who didn't seem to help or give much attention to us. Kings have been wonderful, they are always following up even if there isn't an update just to let us know we wasn't forgotten. The team really pushed for our property and without them I dont know where we would be. Tai was always helpful and patient through the selling process. Alfie has also been amazing in helping us find a property. We told him what we wanted and preferred and all his suggestions were perfect. GoogleWe viewed a property with Yana from KIngs Group in Waltham Abbey, and were very pleased with the viewing. Yana was punctual, bright and enthusiastic. She put us at ease throughout the viewing and was neither nonchalant nor pushy - she let us go at our own pace and gave us time to discuss between us, as well as answering any questions we had. She also took us to see two more properties - this made the best use of the time we had, and gave us a more rounded view of the properties available and on sale in the area.
