GoogleLeanna was extremely helpful from the moment we spoke. Our first time renting and guided us through the whole process, answering many questions and kept us informed the entire way. Leanna was the one who found our now first home and booked us in to view, 2 weeks after viewing we moved in. Super quick and so easy, couldn’t fault the services and professionalism at all. GoogleGergana was AMAZING in helping me with all the paperwork and dealing with the landlord. She did so much back and forth with the referencing company on my behalf and I literally wouldn’t have gotten the place without her. Review of Kings Letting Agency Enfield TownI’m giving Kings Letting Agency only 4 stars instead of 5. We rented our flat in Enfield for a number of years and found the agent able to achieve a decent rent, found traders when we needed repairs, sorted out the gas inspections and generally looked after the invoicing & documentation to an acceptable level. There are 2 things that let them down after we decided to sell the flat for reasons not associated with Kings. We had agreed a refund arrangement of the tenancy agreement set-up costs with Kings if/when the tenant moved out of the flat before the expiry of their years contract to buy their own home. We had agreed this with the tenant & Kings before the beginning of their tenancy. There was some unseemly retraction of this arrangement, when we came to sell the flat, until Kings realised that we had an e-mail from them, agreeing to this. Also, the tenants left some rubbish and we claimed the cost of a removal company to take it away. It took Kings 2 months to get our money back from TDS, despite paying for the removal ourselves and repeated requests for a payment out of the tenant’s deposit.

Tai and Sam have been very polite and quickly responsive to our queries. In this being our first time purchase, we have had a few bad experiences with estate agents. Kings Group has been a breath of fresh air. GoogleWe completed our move this week and we could not be happier with the performance of Kings to get us to this stage. Sam Nelson and Ben Burton have supported us and kept us in the loop during the whole process. The communication for each and every viewing was second to none! Ben found the right buyer for our property and it was sold within 6 weeks of it being on the market! We used Kings conveyancing team who were outstanding! Chasing our buyers Solicitors and getting everything in place in the shortest space of time was brilliant. Everything in one place without any stress! Would we use Kings again.....absolutely! Would we recommend the Waltham Abbey Branch....Absolutely!

Connor Lamb is the agent i am dealing with and he is extremely helpful. He is knowledgeable about the area, generally gives sound advice and always on time for viewings.

GoogleMy elderly father in law has just used Kings in Waltham Abbey to sell his property. The service from Kings was terrible. From the moment he received an offer on his home he felt bullied into finding a place to move. Kings frequently called him requesting updates on the process, despite being asked to deal with his son, making him feel harrassed and panicked. Kings gave incorrect information stating that a completion date had been set, when nothing of the sort had been agreed. They had no compassion for an elderly gentleman whatsoever. I wouldn't go anywhere near them again. Very disappointed.NegativeProfessionalism
Dear Ms Back, Im sorry that you have felt the need to write a negative review. I very much appreciate that moving home is a stressful time regardless if you are a first time buyer or elderly. But i can assure you that we dealt with Mr Back with compassion and respect and refute that we bullied and pushed him. We hardly spoke to him at all as he mentioned initially that he felt overwhelmed at most one call a week if that to establish if had found an onwards purchase and to give him updates. He also said that he was getting pressure from his solicitor and the agents he was buying from. To compact matters he exchanged numbers with his buyer who called him a number of times. The completion date was agreed but his solicitor left the company and another solicitor had to be used which meant more paperwork delays and involvement from Mr Beck. We also were not instructed by anyone to only speak to the son and its a shame that this has only been bought up now and not during the transaction where we could have tried to make it easier for Mr Back. We understood from day one that Mr Back was a nervous seller as anyone would, not having moved for a number of years and can assure you we dealt with him compassionately but feel his experience was the stress of moving home in general which is difficult at the best of time let alone for someone that hadnt moved for some time . I hope he has settled in his new home

GoogleI've always found Kings to be very hands on in trying to help me find a home. Yana in particular keeps in regular contact with me, sending me brochures for properties that fit my criteria and is very personable. There is never any pressure to push me towards properties that I'm not 'feeling' which is always appreciated. Would definitely recommend this branch of Kings.

GoogleNice and friendly homely feel to the place, I love the place but it’s not for me. Kitchen is too small for me and the fact that the boiler is in the bedroom it’s a no for me.
