TrustpilotThe worst possible agency ever
The worst possible agency ever. Whatever could be wrong was wrong. Ceiling collapsed on my child, they didn't help, say sorry anything. They wanted money for demaged property didn't get it. I was studying postgraduate, Data Analytics degree, didn't have a time to deal with this properly till later. Ceiling collapsed in the garden, the same. I have complained about electricity problem downstairs, didn't fix anything for 3 years. Luckily DPS exists, I got my money. Whoever speak with me I say: Don't do that! Love your life? Don't ruin itself with this company. I am Data Scientist and if I would deal with the data as bad as they deal with properties my business would be bankrupt within weeks.

GoogleI was looking at property in Waltham Abbey area. I have been dealing with Priscilla who has been fantastic. Very friendly, genuine and she hasn't put on the usual sales pressure that you can get with agents. I was put in contact with a solicitor and broker who both got in touch very quickly and I have found their service to be very efficient.

GoogleI've had a good experience so far with Kings Waltham Abbey in particular with Tai which always kept in contact with myself and my wife trying to find a house to suit our needs. We're still expecting the same outcome from him because so far the market is quite poor but i know that he will come out with something really good very soon. Tai, keep it like that :)

FacebookIf you're ever in the position where your agent attempts to sell your house to an un-mortgageable buyer and no one notices until after you have exchanged contracts (on both sides of your chain), you're then involved in months worth of legal issues, King Group WILL try to charge you their commission.. Change your contract wording to state commission becomes payable upon completion, not on exchange of contracts. Even though my contract was amended to state 'no sale, no fee' they are still perusing their fee. I have now had to instruct a solicitor to try and uphold our contract. Formal complaints have been submitted, complaints will also be submitted to The Property Ombudsman and the National Association of Estate Agents.

I didn't have a problem with Kings until I checked out. As usual with letting agents and landlords they just want to keep as much as your deposit as possible. Despite the flat being professionally cleaned, they wanted it cleaned again by their cleaners. Regardless of the condition you leave it, expect to get deductions.
