GoogleJack met us at the property we were viewing and was attentive and professional. He didn’t follow us around the property attached like a puppy which some estate agents do, he let us view the property at our leisure answering any questions we had. It also didn’t feel like a rushed viewing. He was honest if he didn’t know the answer to something and followed up any queries the following day. GoogleAlfie conducted the property viewing and has since been incredibly helpful in helping us to move forward with an offer. He is very friendly, professional, patient and informative. Sam has since taken over from Alfie and has been equally as helpful, informative and professional! Sam continues to assist with securing our first home and we're very happy with the support that he has offered throughout this process. Both Alfie and Sam are a credit to the company and have made our first time buyers experience as smooth as they can.

GoogleThis place has caused a massive distress for myself and my partner. Do not recommend at all for when selling your property. They do not communicate with the sellers solicitor what do ever and just leave you in stress. Please do not use there “recommended solicitors” either as they have no clue.

PLEASE AVIOD!!! I REALLY WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STARS KINGS IS VERY BAD AS IN THE WORST PLACE EVER!! ALL FAMILIES AVOID ITS A TRAP THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING AND ALWAYS READY TO EVICT YOU. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS AND EXPECT RENT EVERY MONTH, THEY LEFT ME WITH NO HEATING AND GAS FOR 3 DAYS MY KIDS WAS SO COLD AND THEY NEVER APOLOGISE YOU HAVE TO CHASE THEM FOR EVERYTHING, AND THEY ALSO HAVE THERE INSPECTIONS LIKE EVERY OTHER MONTH TO BE NOSEY THEY DON'T FIX EVERYTHING THATS REPORTED DOESN'T GET FIXED AND HAS TO BE CHASED 24/7 WITH NO CALL BACK. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS EMAIL TO HAVE EVIDENCE THEY WILL ALSO TRY TO STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT AND SAY DAMAGES !! THE PROPERTY WILL NEVER BE YOUR HOME. DON'T PUT YOURSELF IN THIS STRESS ITS NOT WROTH IT, IT WILL CAUSE YOU MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND WHAT I NOTICED IS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE LANDLORDS THE COMPANY OWN THERE PROPERTIES THATS WHY IF YOU DRIVE DOWN A ROAD YOU WILL SEE THERE SIGNS EVERYWHERE. We’re delighted with the level of service we received from him as he was always at the other end of the phone when we had queries and was only ever an email away when we needed it. GoogleI was so impressed with Kings Group Waltham Abbey - especially as first time buyers. We were lucky enough to have Adam McNicolas as our estate agent during our viewing. He was professional, knowledgeable and an absolute credit to Kings Group. He had such great location knowledge, property knowledge and was able to answer every question we had. He was punctual, and followed up our queries with no issues. Really impressed with Kings Group as a whole but in particular that support and guidance from Adam - will be recommending to family and friends. Kings Group cannot be trusted by Landlords period!!As a landlord I had so many issues with Kings too long to write here, some were quite shocking! I wrote a lot of complaints letter to the Chairman and tried to speak with senior management without any progress whatsoever. I have let my property out myself since 10 years ago last 3 myself I had to do contract deposit everything myself, had no issues whatsoever. Money I wasted on Kings wish I never did. Had tenants in whilst with Kings with rent guarantee but never managed to get a penny back when tenant stop paying rent and rent guarantee is a scam too. Items stolen and damaged in my property Kings could not claim a penny back also when I went back I found out other items missing from check in inventory as well which was not claimed for too. They have no idea how to manage a property I could do a much better job doing it myself. I wish they listed to all my complaints for years but no effort made to improve. I guess only thing is they good at is they are cheap but I doubt others who are lot more expensive would have done a better job, looks like poor service is standard with these agencies. I would like a response from Kings to see if they changed in the last 3 years?

Had a terrible landlord and they let them get away with it and even tried to discourage us from getting our deposit back by going to the tenant deposit scheme even though the landlord was falsely claiming that we had damaged the property without proof! It seems to be all about getting you to sign the contract and getting paid. The agent nor the landlord didn't even know that what items were in the garden at the property. There seems to be quite a bit of staff turnover too so clearly it's not a good experience for employees either! If only they would vet their landlords even half as thoroughly as they do their tenants...
