Communication & timely deliverance is the key in success of any business. Simon Johns (Branch Manager, Loughton) is fully aware of it. Initially I was not 100% interested in Loughton property that I am currently buying through Simon. But Simon's commitment got me interested & engaged in this property. I have spelled out all my foreseen concerns that can come from "start till completion". Simon raised my questions with seller and got feedback very swiftly. My concerns were not addressed as I desired from seller side but mediator skills of Simon still got me engaged and convinced me to buy this property. I trust Simon would make sure no unnecessary delay would happen and there is no skeleton in the cupboard from seller's end. Simon's presence affirm smooth ride here and in result my concerns would fade away automatically. I have experience of dealing with different Estate Agents in Loughton & other areas while helping my extended family to buy homes for living. I believe Simon is by far better than rest and perfect for the job. I am looking forward to do more business with him in future.

I sold my house through the Loughton branch and purchased through Epping. The whole experience from start to finish was responsive, courteous and professional. Getting to the point of exchange was challenging for many reasons (I was in a long chain of six) and I cannot thank Janine and Tanya enough for their tenacity and perseverance to get me through the process. Just wanted too leave a review as I had the best experience when selling my home with douglas allen Barkingside. My agent Lynburge helped me sell my home for the best price possible and was always available when I needed advise or help. Seling my home was a daunting experience for me but Lynburge did an excellent job making this step comfortable and less emotional. From start to end he made selling my home a very easy and relaxed experience. The service was so good that I recommended him to my mother who needed to find a bungalow due to her illness and Lynburge was very fourth coming to help her too and advise her in the right direction. Will Nash has helped me not once but twice to secure a good deal on my mortgage. Despite being turned down by various banks and building societies when applying on my own, Will was able to secure a first time buyer mortgage for me despite my circumstances. I also used Will to remortgage on my house and he was able to secure a deal on the mortgage at one of the lowest rates going. Will Nash is an extremely trustworthy and knowledgable mortgage adviser. We were asked to seek his confirmation of affordability when our offer was accepted, and it was to our good fortune that he did. He uncovered some serious flaws in the original advice we were given and significantly changed our approach to funding the purchase, meaning we own more of the property from the outset. Unfortunately we had some issues during the purchase process (through no fault of DA or Will), and he did everything in his power to escalate and push through. Without his support and commitment I'm convinced it would have been a very different outcome. We owe the purchase to Will and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to fiends and family. We will certainly be back when the mortgage is due. In our opinion there's nothing Will doesn't know - he is simply exemplary at his job. It's a god send that we found him!

Having been recommended the mortgage brokerage service at Douglas Allen, I wasn't disappointed. Will Nash was incredibly professional from start to finish, replying quickly to any queries I had and ensuring I got the best mortgage for my situation in life. I offered my flat to several agents to sell. Douglas Allen were by far the most efficient & organised. Steve Ford and his team at Woodford were always readily available and, as well as getting me the best offer by far on the property I was selling, sent me regular updates on new properties as soon as they came on the market and ultimately helped me find the right mortgage for my new apartment.
