GoogleWe have been customers of Anthony Pepe for over four years now and have found the entire team polite, committed and professional. Our last dealings with Dimitri and Ari lasted over 13 months due to some unfortunate circumstances which slowed down the sale of our house. Dimitri was ever the professional during our journey and always available even after hours and on days off. Towards the end of a very stressful few months, Ari helped and once again we can not fault his work when Dimitri took a well deserved holiday. Never once during a complicated sale did the team lose faith in the property and in us. We thank them for their patience, tenacity and understanding. We have now sold two houses and bought one which is managed by Anthony Pepe. If it wasn't for their exemplary service, we would have looked elsewhere by now. We would like thank Kris, Maria, Ari and mostly Dimitri for making a difficult period of our lives easier to get through. Great professionals and excellent customer service. I was supposed to have a viewing at 11am today which was booked a few days ago . I made my way all the way to harringay which was an 1hr and 10 mins journey, my train being cancelled along the way . Only to find out my viewing was cancelled and apparently Lauren was supposed contacted everybody . Clearly this was not the case because I was not contacted in anyway . I’m am beyond frustrated. Do not use their services. The lack of unprofessional is shocking. They have all these good reviews on their website that they probably write themselves. If you want to save your time DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES , THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!

Josh, the manager at Crouch End, was always there, responsive, quick to communicate, and willing to listen to any issues that came up around the sale. At no point did he make me feel railroaded into making a decision I was not happy with. He was able to offer empathy when the first buyer withdrew for lack of funds and to get the process going again, with consistent effort throughout the various ups and downs of the process. Finally getting ot the point of completion - at no point did I feel Josh's interest wane even when juggling many other sales as well. The team was responsive and clearly well led by Josh making a very effective unit together. I am very grateful to the staff at Anthony Pepe for sticking with it and seeing my sale through to final completion. Many thanks!

GoogleI do not recommend this estate agent. Worst customer service / onward communication between parties we have ever experienced in our lives and in the end we had to escalate our complaint to The Property Redress Scheme.

GoogleWe have been trying to sell for nearly a year with other agents with very little viewings. We changed to Anthony Pepe in Palmers Green after meeting with Kris. Was very positive that Anthony Pepe could sell our flat and gave us great advice. Within the first week of going live we had more viewings than all the other agents had arranged in the past year. Then a week later COVID hit and everything stopped, however as soon as there was a chance of viewings Kris and Maria were sending in viewings and within a couple of weeks we had an offer. I cannot fault the professionalism, attitude and attention to detail along with the communication from the whole team at the Palmers Green Branch. Mina Gadelrab from Anthony Pepe was admirable right the way throughout the selling process. This was particularly the case when there were problems with the sale of the flat with the lease and a freeholder that lives in Cyprus made even more difficult with the Covid-19 lockdown. However Mina was terrific; persistent and dogged (chasing three sets of solicitors who needed great deal of pushing), honest and very good at communicating. I could not recommend this agency more highly.

Buying a house is never a easy process but Dimitri went above and beyond to meet our expectations, helping us significantly even during post completion. GoogleI used Anthony Pepe to buy a small studio in London and the estate agent was Maria Zorlakkis. As is usual in every conveyance, there were a number of unforeseen glitches and problems with the solicitors involved. Originally intended to go through within a few weeks maximum, it stretched out to over six months. There were numerous occasions when Maria was able to get aspects of the conveyance moving more quickly than they were. She also realised that the problems we were having with my lawyer needed to be escalated to his management before I did. Her e-mails meant that he was changed. I suspect that, without her involvement, the sale may well have fallen through. She was very good at following up on whether the parties had actually done what they said they were going to do. Again, this probably saved countless days off the conveyance. I found her very calm and professional with me, courteous and knowledgeable. That said, she doesn't shy away from being very direct when need be. As I noted earlier, we had significant problems with my lawyer, and when things really came to a head she sent an e-mail stating "This is the most shocking experience I have had with a conveyancer ever." And, to be fair, this did need to be said. And she was right, when management reviewed the file, he was immediately removed. I was very happy with the service and think you'll be in safe hands.

GoogleStefan was fantastic, he instantly understood what me and my wife were looking for and within hours we had secured a great property within our range. He was professional and prompt with paperwork, and very knowledgeable with regulations etc. As a company we are very pleased with how everything was handled from initial meeting to weeks after we had moved into the property. Their extensive online service and extremely useful mobile app adds the final icing on the cake.
