We used their services a few years ago and we were so impressed with them we had no hesitation in using them again this year. Kris White is a great genuine guy and his knowledge of the local market is incredible. His valuation was spot on and we had a buyer in under two weeks. The Team were all fantastic and always made sure any messages were passed on and my calls were returned promptly. In the years since we last used them Kris had introduced a Sales coordinator Samantha whose responsibility it was to keep the communication between the two parties and their solicitors running smoothly. She did a sterling job. Things stalled when we were close to being in a position to start discussing exchange. It felt like the buyers were getting cold feet. Samantha was able to get to the bottom of it, that it was our buyer’s solicitor that was causing the delay, sitting on things for weeks. The buyers were equally frustrated, and Samantha arranged for us to directly answer the buyers outstanding questions which they had raised with him quite some time ago. In conclusion we are very happy clients and highly recommend them.

We are a family-run business specialising in property rentals for a number of decades and we have been working with Anthony Pepe from the start. In all the time we have been working together, they have not once let us down. One of the things we like about them is that they always treat people with the same amount of respect, no matter the type of client. I know this because I have first-hand experience of the the way they treat our tenants and us as their clients. Their exemplary service has not changed over the years, in fact it has gone from strength to strength and we have enjoyed our time working together. Another great thing about Anthony Pepe is their willingness to answer any questions with impressive knowledge of the industry. An example of this is during my recent dealings with Michael Komodromos, Director of Lettings, who spent time advising me on market conditions and assisting me to devise a strategy for letting out my property successfully. We have been customers of Anthony Pepe for over four years now and have found the entire team polite, committed and professional. Our last dealings with Dimitri and Ari lasted over 13 months due to some unfortunate circumstances which slowed down the sale of our house. Dimitri was ever the professional during our journey and always available even after hours and on days off. Towards the end of a very stressful few months, Ari helped and once again we can not fault his work when Dimitri took a well deserved holiday. Never once during a complicated sale did the team lose faith in the property and in us. We thank them for their patience, tenacity and understanding. Booking cancelled on arrival

I was supposed to have a viewing at 11am today which was booked a few days ago . I made my way all the way to harringay which was an 1hr and 10 mins journey, my train being cancelled along the way . Only to find out my viewing was cancelled and apparently Lauren was supposed contacted everybody . Clearly this was not the case because I was not contacted in anyway . I’m am beyond frustrated. Do not use their services. The lack of unprofessional is shocking. They have all these good reviews on their website that they probably write themselves. If you want to save your time DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES , THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!

Sale of Crouch End Flat, Coolhurst Road

Josh, the manager at Crouch End, was always there, responsive, quick to communicate, and willing to listen to any issues that came up around the sale. At no point did he make me feel railroaded into making a decision I was not happy with. He was able to offer empathy when the first buyer withdrew for lack of funds and to get the process going again, with consistent effort throughout the various ups and downs of the process. Finally getting ot the point of completion - at no point did I feel Josh's interest wane even when juggling many other sales as well.
