My flat had been on with another agent for 2 months or more with no success. I then made contact with Loui Panayiotou from Anthony Pepe & my flat was rented 2 weeks later with excellent tenants! And their letting fees are very reasonable too! Much cheaper than I was paying previously! I found Loui and the entire team from Anthony Pepe to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable, supportive, kind, patient & caring. The last three qualities I have mentioned are very rare to find with any estate agent! Loui was always contactable & managed the whole process very smoothly! He is very experienced in the areas he covers and knew exactly what to do to rent my flat. He listened to my requirements and took them on board too. Their admin team are uber efficient, clear & transparent & all the paperwork is easy to understand! I will never go back to my old agent & Anthony Pepe will always be my letting agent going forward! 👍👏👍

Initially, Anthony Pepe came round for a valuation and said all the right things on how my property would be marketed and the steps they'd take to ensure we got the best price for our house. We agreed on a commission rate and we went on the market. Initially we were satisfied we had done the right thing. The open day had over 10 viewers and as a result we had two offers. We were painted a particular picture that one of the people making the offer was chain free, mortgage agreed, large deposit and a single parent. It turned out after several weeks that in fact I was involved in a chain, the mortgage wasn't approved and and the position of the potential buyer was nowhere near what had been explained to us, in fact in reality it was the complete opposite. We risked losing out on the property we had put an offer down on and had fallen in love with because of the negligence and dishonesty from Palmers Green branch. I raised my concerns on a number of occasions with various staff members, but this was ignored. We eventually found our own buyer, arranged the viewing outself and negotiated the sale. To cut a long story short, I raised my concerns with Anthony Pepe and all my points were completely disregarded by the area manager taking no responsibility for the poor service and handling of my transaction from start to finish. I should mention that Ari, once he took over my file, was very helpful and proactive. I don't want to mention the other people's names who dealt and spoke with me in a very unprofessional manner, but there was no way that Anthony Pepe earned the fee they charged and we definitely didn't get a service worthy of it. 1* and that's only because Ari was great thereafter, otherwise it would have been a very easy 0/5. My advice, don't go with the Palmers Green branch. **UPDATE** Shortly after posting this review and completing on our property purchase, I received an email from the director of AP requesting I remove this poor review. Again, no responsibility taken and no acknowledgement of the poor service and negligence made by AP. My response was unless AP were going to issue me with a refund, I kindly requested that they did not contact me again. It's safe to say it has been over 2 months since I last heard from them. My experience with AP in Palmers Green was absolutely dreadful. Please shop around

We used their services a few years ago and we were so impressed with them we had no hesitation in using them again this year. Kris White is a great genuine guy and his knowledge of the local market is incredible. His valuation was spot on and we had a buyer in under two weeks. The Team were all fantastic and always made sure any messages were passed on and my calls were returned promptly. In the years since we last used them Kris had introduced a Sales coordinator Samantha whose responsibility it was to keep the communication between the two parties and their solicitors running smoothly. She did a sterling job. Things stalled when we were close to being in a position to start discussing exchange. It felt like the buyers were getting cold feet. Samantha was able to get to the bottom of it, that it was our buyer’s solicitor that was causing the delay, sitting on things for weeks. The buyers were equally frustrated, and Samantha arranged for us to directly answer the buyers outstanding questions which they had raised with him quite some time ago. In conclusion we are very happy clients and highly recommend them.

In all the time we have been working together, they have not once let us down. One of the things we like about them is that they always treat people with the same amount of respect, no matter the type of client. I know this because I have first-hand experience of the the way they treat our tenants and us as their clients. Although We did not end up purchasing through Antony Pepe (the right house just didn’t come up) Aaron Gardner was fantastic.
