Tara Bussoli of Your Move Eltham I am a landlord that lives far away from my rental property. When my tenants moved out after 14 years, I was really worried that I was going to struggle to rent out my property and the amount of work that may needed to be done to let out. Tara provided me with excellent advice to be able to make decisions quickly to get the property up to scratch and let out. She found tenants well in advance of the work being completed. As a result everyone is happy. I am happy that I got good advice to make the necessary changes. The tenants are happy they have a fresh and updated property to love in. I couldn't have done this without Tara and would highly recommend her to anyone looking at letting out their property.

I should add a footnote the seller failed to provide window keys, my survey did not pick up broken window frame and when I turned the water on in the kitchen to my surprise the kitchen flooded. 5 Star Service...!!! We found ourselves in an awkward predicament with our sale and felt that time had been needlessly wasted with a previous agent, however, Laura, Filipe, Ben and the rest of the team at Your Move were there to swiftly, seamlessly and very professionally re-list our property as if it were a brand new addition to the market. Laura and their dedicated, courteous photographer spent a great deal of time making sure that the images captured were a true reflection of the property at its best. The team were committed, always available, always punctual and consistent with their communication; we went from no viewings to many in a matter of days. My wife requested a video viewing during COVID which every other agent is offering to minimilse viewings and be more selective as we would rather not visit 10 properties a weekend given the situation. Robert refused to provide video tours and has since not replied. All other agents have videos and 360 tours. This company are unhelpful and behind with the times. We will not consider to sell our property through them either based on this inital expericence.
