GoogleIf you want to sell your place, this agency is different to any other, they really care and they are there for you. The quality of te photography for the advertisement is the best compared with other agencies. Felipe and Laura are great, great communication and advice at all times, very professional and natural approach. I would recommend them with 100%.

GoogleI will not be looking for a rental with YourMove again. I have had to give my notice in for my property where I live in order to get a landlord reference. The landlord backed out last minute, the second property, I had to call numerous times in order to find out the property might not even be on the market any longer. My property has now been taken by another future tenant. I had a viewing today and have dragged my sister all the way from West London who has cancer to view it with me. Once I have arrived at the property I was told that the landlord no longer wants it on the market and the price has been increased. You have really messed me about and put me in a situation where I may be potentially homeless. I will definitely not recommend YourMove to anyone as you have put me in a vulnerable situation, only to benefit you. They will tell you they will ‘call you right back’ and will never call you back. No matter how many times you call an agent, their colleagues will cover for them and say they’re not in the office for the day and not long after they will answer the phone themselves. They will never respond to your emails either. Don’t waste your time, effort and money with this agency. Would love to give 0 stars.
