GoogleExcellent service from start to finish with the team at Eltham, I invited 3 agents to market my property Tara was very quick in responding to my invite by email and phone and arranged an appointment to suit me. Rob was on time and very knowledgeable about the area, he showed me other properties that were for sale and prices of recently sold properties and gave a realistic market price Both Tara and Rob were very professional and confident that they could sell my property.We went to market and accepted an offer above the sale price within 36hrs and completed within 42days I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others weather buying or selling The other agents I invited one over valued and over priced for their service and the other responded 2 days before we completed.

GoogleRob and Tara were great with selling our house. They valued our house 40k higher than 2 other competitors and managed to get more than that so we were very happy. They were responsive and helpful with during the moving process. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe were really impressed with Your Move as an estate agent when we were looking to buy our first home. We had some pretty bad experiences with other estate agents in the area, but Tara was always friendly and honest with us when we were viewing properties. She even suggested us viewing our house before we noticed it, as she thought it would be perfect for us and it is! If and when we sell in the future, we'll definitely be using Tara and Your Move.

Rob seemed even move determined to find us the right house. Our house is perfect and from finding the property to completion Rob and Tara in Eltham went the extra mile. GoogleAbsolutely amazing estate agency. We did perform our purchase with Your Move Eltham and service was stunning since the very beginning. Tara and Rob were very attentive, accommodating and always helpful. They were also very fast in resolving issues during the process, in fact, they were pushing solicitors almost every day throughout the process to make sure it is completed as soon as possible. I’m more than sure, if not Tara and Rob, it would have taken much longer. Before jumping into the purchase I was slightly nervous as I read a lot of scary things with regards to the process, however, Your Move made it as painless as possible. Gave us a very honest valuation of my property, Rob has called and chased up as promised, which is what I call fantastic customer service. Rob is definitely the man you need to help in all aspects of selling/buying. He is friendly, reliable, not pushy, when we decide to sell I will only go through Rob at Right Move Eltham. GoogleI cannot recommend Your Move Eltham enough. If you are looking to buy or sell in the area - these are your people! I recently sold my much loved home in Eltham and Laura and Rob from Your Move were just fantastic in every way possible. I was present during some of the viewings and was so impressed by the effort and care taken to market my house to potential buyers - they knew how much I loved it and wanted to convey that to viewers. We ended up with some tricky negotiations around dates from someone further down the chain and those conversations were handled so brilliantly and professionally, I was amazed. I was kept up to date at all times and I was always able to contact them if I had any (many) questions. Overall, if I ever relocate back to the area, I’ll be calling Your Move immediately!
