I cannot recommend Your Move Eltham enough. The team were so supportive right from the start. Every step of the way, they worked hard to get a sale and in turn keep the sale! We dealt with Rob Maton in the main for the sale of our property supported by Laura and Tara, and we received good service frim them. They were always on call when we needed them and responded to emails promptly. When it got a bit distant with our buyer and we were unsure what was going on Rob was always on hand trying to make sure communication was ongoing and chasing all parties involved so we got an update. Will definitely recommend this estate agent, they were professional and supportive and worked with us till we reached the finish line

This is regarding a property viewing scheduled for 29/03/25, and I am appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by your agency. I took time off work and spent a total of two hours traveling to attend the viewing, only to be told by the landlady upon arrival that the viewing had been canceled by your agency. Yet, I received absolutely no email, phone call, or any form of communication informing me of this cancellation. To make matters worse, the landlady kindly showed me the property anyway, only for me to learn that three offers had already been made, and prospective tenants were already going through referencing. None of this critical information was communicated to me beforehand. I emailed your agent, Benedict Bowers to ask for an explanation and have yet to receive any response. This entire experience has been nothing short of unprofessional and disrespectful. I wasted valuable time and money attending a viewing that should never have happened in the first place.

A honest review of my experience. Was only looking to get a guide price to see what our property was worth. Felipe came round said we would get between 550k-575k I was happy with 500k and accepted that as our house was in need of updating in some areas. The photographer came along with Felipe and done some really good photos. Great service Felipe was on hand to answer all my questions. House sold pretty quick considering the market in 2023 was unstable. Laura done a few of the viewings as did Ben. Both I found extremely professional Your move was great. Very helpful. Very realistic Lots of viewings each week, 3 in a day.. The only negative thing I hade to complain about was the solicitors they recommended. Premier Property Lawyers are awful Indra was useless throughout I had to call them continually to get things done. I would not go with these Solicitors at all We have been in our new home 6 months and I am still chasing paperwork.. Even though the solicitor was useless and I would not ever use them again. This is no reflection on the actual sale of our property.. Your move were fab! I would recommend Eltham Branch All a friendly bunch Mrs Sarah King

Dealing with Your Move has been the best experience I have ever had with an estate agent. Rob was my first point of contact at evaluation and saw the sale through to completion and was a genuine, honest companion throughout the whole process. I also had dealings with Laura and Tara, both of whom were equally helpful and a joy to work with. Estate agents don't come cheap, and in previous dealings with other companies, I've always felt somewhat robbed at the end. The team at Your Move however certainly earned their crust. They worked hard to get me the best possible price for my house. However, they didn't stop there and remained instrumental along the way; ensuring that everyone along the chain met deadlines and provided relevant answers and information so that our completion could happen before Christmas. Rob and Laura were absolutely amazing during our sale, always keeping us informed as to what was happening. We lost a couple of buyers during the process, through no fault of YourMove, however, Rob ensured that we were taken through this process carefully and considerately. We did contemplate going with an online agent but I’m so glad we didn’t because of the trouble we had with buyers, without Rob and Laura there to hold our hands it would’ve been much more stressful for us as sellers. Reading the negative reviews below, I could only share my personal experience about YourMove. Rob is very helpful and friendly, and he is the main point of contact from the beginning (viewing the property), till I get the keys. This is really important as he understands what my main concerns are, and very helpful in resolving the problems (buying a property is a stressful process, and to me, what important is when the problems arise, there is someone that you know and trust, who can give you the answers and work with you to resolve it quickly). I have not met Tara in person, but from my experience over the phone and by emails, she is honest and keep her words.

I am so glad we worked with Filipe from your Move Eltham during the sales of our house. Before choosing your move the other agencies who came to our house gave us valuation between £750k to £800k but Filipe came and told us that he could sell it for 900K and he sold it at the end for £910K.
