Great company, all the staff have been really helpful and friendly whenever I have called the office before the viewing and since putting our offer in. Special mention to Julie who we did our viewing with, she was so lovely and answered all our questions with a smile - she even messaged me when our offer was accepted to say congrats which was really appreciated! Andy, our mortgage advisor, has been great too - we know nothing about mortgages so he has been really patient with our many questions, making sure we fully understand the answer too. I decided to sell my childhood home with sell well estate agents and what a great experience it was ! From the start the whole team were welcoming, kind professionals. Katie was assigned my sale and she handled everything incredibley , she was patient with me when I needed help and was very quick at providing me with updates on the sale. Mel (one of the directors) was equally as helpful and at times went above and beyond to help me which I really appreciated. We had never heard of Sell Well until we looked at a property in Westhoughton and made contact and spoke to Melanie. We viewed the property and met Melanie. From that first contact to moving in Melanie was an absolute joy to work with. Nothing was a problem and questions were always turned around within 24 hours or less so our stress levels were low at all times. I found the service from Sell Well exceptional particularly from the point the sale was agreed. We had a rather difficult time at the top of the chain with continued delays and lack of updates coming directly from solicitors. Working with an estate agent that has sales progressor’s makes such a difference at this stage to move things along and provide additional support and advice. Claire was always available by phone and constantly chasing on our behalf to move the sale process along. Her professionalism and expertise really put our mind at ease at what can be a very stressful and uncertain time. Dog with a bone 🐾🐶🐕 We sold our house recently with Sell Well. We contacted them at the end of January. They came round a few days later and took photos at the same time. The house was online by 31st Jan and was sold exactly 2 weeks later. They were quick to arrange viewings and we accepted an offer from the second person who viewed (we did have other viewings booked, but obviously these weren't needed). Between the offer being accepted and completion, Rebecca gave us regular updates and liased very well with our solicitor. Rebecca particularly helped us getting the exchange of contracts sorted (we were in a fairly big chain with a split). This was quite a stressful time as we wanted exchange done so we could plan moving. Rebecca was non stop chasing multiple other agents and multiple solicitors. Our solicitor described her as a "dog with a bone" and said that she was doing everything she could for us. Completion day - we received some funds from our solicitor at 11.35am (could see on our online banking), which meant that both of our transactions had been finalised. Rebecca phoned us at 11.37am (before our solicitor got chance to) and told us that everything had gone through. We then dropped the keys off at the office and it was all done and dusted. Price wise, we got exactly what we wanted for the house and what it was worth. We did have another agent come round but they weren't as confident about the correct value. Thanks again 🙂

She guided me through every step of the process, always working around my needs. She liaised with the conveyancing lawyer, the buyers, and also with other difficult parties involved in the transaction, including my ex, which made the sale far from easy.
