I had a really positive experience with Julie from Sell Well. From start to finish, she was genuinely kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. I had never been to the area before and had several properties to view. Julie took the time to show me each property in detail, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions without ever rushing me. What I really appreciated was that she went above and beyond just the viewings, she drove me around the area to show me nearby facilities, parks, restaurants, and local spots that suited my lifestyle, which made a huge difference in helping me understand the area. She was warm, friendly, and thoughtful throughout, and even offered to pick me up from the train station and later kindly dropped me off there as well. That level of care and attention is rare. Julie is easily one of the nicest and most professional estate agents I’ve dealt with. Very patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely helpful. A great many thanks for all the help at SellWell! It wasn’t the most straightforward of things mainly due to the onward chain but I was kept up to speed by Claire who behind the scenes did a lot of chasing up! I want to thank Julie, who initially showed my partner and I around the property, she has a wealth of knowledge about the local area, and a great eye for details along with a bubbly personality. I would like to thank Claire for all the hard work that she put in, particularly towards our initial cut off date, I think without her outlook on the situation and her clarity that she gave us we may well be in a very different situation now. I would also like to thank Rebecca who initially gave us the great news that our offer had been accepted and then later in the process stepped into Claire's shoes for a short period. We have finally completed our first house purchase through Sell Well. The one shining light throughout the stressful and drawn out process was Tia and Sell Well. Tia couldn't have worked harder for us and was often giving us updates before our solicitors could even get wind of them. Today when a full chain has exchanged contracts Tia has been working hard from 10am until 5pm getting us updates from other sales that has helped keep us at ease and I doubt we would have been able to exchange today without her. Julie has been amazing whilst showing me and my family a property. She has made the whole process which I was dreading a pleasant experience.
