GoogleSell well managed to sell our house very quickly we were really happy with the quality of the advert and the photos gave of a great example of what our house had to offer. Their communication throughout was very good. Claire who was in charge of our sale was really efficient and communicated very well with us and the buyer. Would definitely recommend Sell Well and we would 100% use their services again in the future.

GoogleGreat service from Steve and his team, particularly Rebecca, keeping us up-to-date and informed regarding scheduled viewings and feedback. Once a sale had been agreed, Rebecca kept us informed about progress, and was in touch with both solicitors throughout the sale process which went ahead quickly and trouble free. Very happy with the service and an excellent price.

Please do not use this company. Avoid at all costs! Because it will cost you! What this company has put us through is beyond horrendous. We marketed our property in November 2024. I express on numerous occasions that I was on maternity leave and we desperately needed the property to sell in a timely manner. We had an offer that wasn’t confirmed in writing to us. The same individual offered again at a later date and we were not informed that this was the same person who withdrew an earlier offer. We then unknowingly proceeded to agree a sale with this individual and were told specifically that they had a rather large deposit, that Sell Well had seen and confirmed the deposit as proof of funds. We got all the way to the end of the sale, signed our contracts to the solicitors for then the buyers solicitor to go quiet. A staff member from Sell Well called me and said oh the buyer can’t complete the sale their deposit is coming from a divorce! Advising me that they knew nothing about this and did I know anything! There was never any proof of funds. It was all a lie. We have been strung along for months! The incompetence of this company is a total joke. Do not use them. They issued a memorandum of sale in writing advising a deposit amount that did not exist. They have called me repeatedly and advised that we should carry on with the sale, that we stick with the buyer. Only to be dropped months down the line as they have now apparently found another property. Please avoid and consider other estate agents. I have complained in writing to them and I will be taking this to the Ombudsman if it isn’t properly sorted. 7 months of our time they have wasted! I’m totally disgusted. Not professional in any way shape or form. Dreadful!!!

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Sell Well Estate Agents highly enough! From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and supportive. Having them with me every step of the way via WhatsApp made the whole process so much less stressful and so easy to manage. Even after I had completed the purchase, they continued to help with spare keys and any questions I had, always answering with such kindness and patience. Their aftercare really sets them apart. A genuinely caring, professional and reliable team. I would strongly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home! 🏡✨

GoogleI don't normally write reviews, but based on the very negative experience i have had marketing my property with Sell Well, i thought i would write this to make future sellers aware of what to expect. The only positives i can say for Sell Well, were the video tour they do as part of the online marketing and their fees are lower than their competition. in terms of the negatives, there are many. Poor communication throughout - This includes a lack of feedback post viewings. I often only received feedback after i chased them. No single point of contact for my property meaning i got different information on viewings and offers depending on who i spoke to. No contact to inform me a viewing was cancelled. I only found out when i rang them. On a separate occasion I was told a viewing was cancelled. Later that afternoon, I received an alert from my house alarm that someone had entered my property. At the time I was away on holiday, so was quite concerned at this message. On checking the alarm system, I saw it was your agent conducting the 'cancelled' viewing. Sell Well provided feedback on a viewing that never took place - A viewing was booked to take place and i received some feedback that 'the property wasn't suitable, but the viewer wouldn't say why. Something didn't feel right with the feedback, so i checked the security footage at my property. On checking the footage, the agent can be seen arriving where she remained for 20 mins and then left. No viewer arrived. Rather than saying it was a 'no show' Sell Well gave me feedback that was made up. The average time to book viewings in was over 10 days from a viewing being requested to taking place. Compared to other estate agents, this is significantly longer. I am not sure why viewings take so long to take place, but i do not think this helps sell the property. Offers put forward with no knowledge of the sellers actual position. 1st offer i received was from someone who's house had only just gone on the market. While i was happy with their offer i did not initially know their position. After 2 months they still couldn't proceed. 2nd offer was from an individual who didn't have an agreement in principle, was looking to buy my house as a second property and wasn't aware of the extra stamp duty he would have to pay. After speaking to a financial advisor, he had to with draw the offer as he couldn't afford it. Even worse though, was the fact Sell Well allowed him to offer on my property and another property at the same time. While they have to put offers forward, i wasn't initially told he was offering on 2 of their properties. Due to the poor service I received i cancelled my contract with Sell Well (after their 16 week sole agency agreement) and have moved to another agent. Within 24 hours of it going live with the other agent i had viewing request, which they booked in for 3 days later. So a stark improvement compared to Sell Well. I feel like i have wasted the last 4 month with Sell Well and based on my experience, i would not recommend them to anyone.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Julie. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything and answer our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Most importantly, she really listened and took the time to understand what we were looking for, which made the whole viewing feel much more personal. We also appreciated her introducing us to an independent mortgage advisor, which was a thoughtful touch. Selling a house can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to keep everything moving, but the team were professional, responsive and supportive throughout. A special mention has to go to Claire, who was absolutely instrumental in getting our sale over the line. She was proactive, kept everyone updated, chased solicitors and other parties when needed, and made sure nothing was left to drift. Her communication was excellent, and she genuinely cared about seeing the sale through to completion. Many thanks for great service ***EDIT*** Since writing this review Sell Well have taken over the sale of my property that had previously been with another agent for 10 weeks. Within 24 hours of them taking over we had viewings and accepted an offer. The communication was amazing even out of hours. They were professional, friendly, dedicated and clearly passionate about what they do.karen gave us excellent advice at the valuation and gave us so much confidence. Julie has been the driving force all the way through she is clearly an amazing asset to their team We can’t thank them all of them enough

The team always replied promptly when we had a query. Nothing ever too much trouble. Took a lot of the pressure off ourselves and reassured us, all the way through our sale. Melanie was sooo good. GoogleI cannot recommend Sell Well enough. From start to finish they were amazing. Firstly, they were the cheapest around (that took payment at the end rather than upfront). The team were all very professional, friendly & kept me up to date at all times. The communication was fantastic, I was contacted via email & over the phone. I was never left feeling like I needed to chase them up (like the solicitors)! Once the sale was agreed Claire took over & what an amazing job she did. Selling my house was a very hard thing for me to do & Claire was very helpful & made the process a whole lot easier. It was nice to finally meet her on the day of completion & what a lovely person she is. Thank you to you all. Keep doing the great job you do!

GoogleDon’t usually put reviews up anywhere but would highly recommend sell wells estate agents and katie lightfoot who I dealt with mostly, not had good experiences with various estate agents( usually down to Communication issues) but sell wells kept me informed all the time( even when nothing was happening) from start to finish of the sale of my property. Our dedicated Sales Progressor, Claire, was a particular shining star - great communication, regular check-ins, and often went above and beyond to ensure we knew exactly what was required of us, and what Sell Well had been doing to further the sale. Despite dealing with probably dozens of clients at any one given moment, Claire had our information at her fingertips in seconds and immediately knew how to help us.
