GoogleHad a wonderful experience viewing a property with Sell Well and specifically Julie. They made every effort to fit me in, even though they were so busy. I didn’t feel rushed on the tour at all, they were knowledgable, and had all the info needed, and most importantly very respectful to the seller checking if photos were allowed etc, which I think is a great sign. I would have no hesitation to sell my property with them.

Overall great experience working with Sell Well. I was buying a property through them and it took over a year to finalise, through no-ones fault but legal matters. I was assisted through the process by Claire who was friendly and professional from start to finish. Always on hand to give me updates on the progress of the sale and explain anything I wasn't sure about as a first time buyer. We finally got there! Thanks again for all your help, support and patience Claire & the Sell Well team.

GoogleI have seen a lot of houses recently and never received this kind of exceptional service before. Jasmine addressed all inquiries with remarkable expertise, which was greatly appreciated. In prior experiences, many questions remained unanswered, and follow-up communication was consistently lacking. To say I was impressed is an understatement. I appreciated and welcomed all the communication and text message confirmations. I wish I could add more stars to this review. A great plus for me was that we could use emails to communicate as some agency's make it hard.

GoogleExtremely upsetting experience and would not recommend. We were approached by them and asked to put on market with them as very confident would sell. Marketed wrong, viewings difficult they were very rarely available to do these. Any feedback from viewings we had to chase. When property did sell, the buyers messed around at the final stages and we were made to feel stupid and as though sellwell were working for our buyers and not us. Support shocking. Took off the market with them and went to another agent who marketed correctly, arranged viewings and had us resold within less than a week for more than what we had previously sold at. Would not recommend them at all.

Lots of useful updates both on the phone and via email and someone was always available with any questions. GoogleAfter wanting a certain price for our sale, Sell Well suggested the highest. Other agents tried to put us off asking for what we wanted but we needed the best equity and it was worth the price. Plus, they had recently sold numerous properties in my vicinity in a short space of time. I didn't want to be home for viewings so Sell Well took full control with each one and kept me updated on feedback. Claire created a WhatsApp group to stay on top of everything. She was so polite and professional. The team really are great. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell

They offered me an appointment to view within a very reasonable time and communicated by text message to confirm the appointment. On the day of the viewing the agent was early to the property and offered me the opportunity to bring my appointment forward. At the viewing the agent, Julie, was both friendly and professional, not something easy to achieve. She was prepared to answer my questions and had ready to hand information about the property.
