It is a beautiful village with great apartments, very clean and tastefuly decorated.We were shown everything by Elizabeth who explained everything very cleary. It is clearly a very nice place to enjoy life in older ageWe have to think hard what would be best for us, to stay were we are or move to a place like yours

We were met by your excellent host and straight away made to feel at ease. Every aspect was presented so well and every bit of information was given and explained. It was well organised and the place is amazing for old people. All the amenities are provided in the village. The properties are to very high standards and very local to Staines Egham Windsor and good transport network around the place.

The agent Vicki and her colleagues were extremely professional and Vicki took a lot of time to explain the development, costs and options. The complex is well-suited to the area, however we did have some reservations regarding the layout of the apartments we viewed which we expressed to Vicki.
We are pleased you enjoyed your visit to Sunningdale Park, it certainly is a beautiful village. Finding the right apartment for you is essential so we are pleased to hear you shared these thoughts and feelings with Vicki so she can best help you make the right decision.

We visited with an open mind to see what was on offer to help us plan for our future. Unfortunately the village was in the early stages of construction so we could not get a feel for the finished product.The sales consultant was efficient and was able to answer most of our questions.The prices of the properties were high, but the really off putting aspect was the high fees, especially the deferred fees

Amy Woodward, the Sales Consultant, planned and provided an excellent visit. She took the trouble to ask a lot of questions to establish our situation and needs. She then carefully chose relevant apartments for us to view. as well as showing us all the communal facilities and explaining the involving and welcoming community spirit.
We're pleased you enjoyed your meeting with Amy and that she answered your questions and of course understood your circumstances. Hopefully we will see you again in the future.

Very disappointed. Firstly you cannot even spell my name correctly. Put off immediately when it was mentioned only 1 parking spot . £600 per year to park my car. Approximately 30% charges for selling property etc etc . It is like equity release but much worse . At least with equity release you get a lump of money at the beginning Melanie Somers

The lady from your sales office,Shelby, provided excellent customer service and explained everything perfectly. Unfortunately your company’s service charges are extremely steep and we were also misled when we phoned to make an appointment that service charges are £4K per annum. When I asked about any additional charges deferred management charges were never mentioned. Please be honest from the onset.

We visited five Audley properties and the reception at all of the properties was impeccable. We were not put under any pressure to purchase but given very clear information on the properties and the process of proceeding if that was what we wanted.
