James was an excellent host and extremely clear in all of his explanations. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. The tour was very useful and I can say in all honesty that we thoroughly enjoyed our meeting.

On the literature I was sent it said to park at the rugby club and someone from Audley would pick me up. This did not happen so I had to make my way there myself - which made me late. It would have been helpful to have had a confirmation phone call so this could have been avoided. Carolina was delightful. Very helpful and well informed.

Welcome was superb and discussion about our situation very thorough. Your around the main house was good, knowledgeable and impressive. Apart from new build properties not being finished for viewing, visit could have been better managed. Paul did an excellent job!!

My husband and I are still very healthy and active, but wanted to see what Audley Villages had to offer. Jo was very welcoming. We were shown two types of apartments, all the Club facilities and Jo gave us lots of helpful information about Audley villages. Very upfront on costs and charges and answered all our questions.Has now made us consider more clearly what we would want in retirement village ( ie rural or town location). Certainly Audley has everything to offer for a retirement from what we could see.

We were well received by the Fairmile Village representative, Karolina Harvey, who gave us a very clear and informative summary of Audley and of the Village facilities. This was followed by a tour round the communal areas and facilities and one of the apartments.The communal facilities cover a wide range of activities. We found these to be well outfitted to high and tasteful standards. The layout of the apartments is well thought out with some flexibility of purpose. Fittings appeared to be of a high standard. Although we might consider acquisition at some later point in our lives, it is unlikely that we will follow through on a purchase at this point. Simply too small and restrictive

We were given a five star tour of this utterly beautiful retirement village - On arrival we were given a wonderful welcoming coffee in the stunning bistro and then conducted around the garden and shown some of the available properties. The whole experience was very uplifting as it demonstrated there is a good retirement chapter ahead, where one would have independence and help, within a wonderful setting of luxury.

Sarita explained the concept really well.Standard of the property very qell and good interior decor.Needs a good green lawn or nice garden to be able to sit in.Some of the patios are too close to the car park so not much privacy if sitting outside. The glass screens on some balconies also not very pleasing since the balcony is small. Overall, liked the set up of the village.

Fabulous retirement village, sales person Gemma was knowledgable and friendly and obviously proud of the development. Viewed a house and an apartment and the presentation of both was poor which was disappointing. I would have expected them to be ready to present or not have shown them to potential purchasers. I appreciate that they were in progress but it didn’t give the best impression.

All the Audley Village staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were met and offered refreshments upon our arrival, taken to our suite to deposit our overnight cases, and shown around the facilities. Dinner and breakfast were provided, the facilities were clean, and every effort was made to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were taken to view several units, and nothing was too much trouble. All our queries and requests for information were provided within the time frame promised. We cannot praise the Audley staff enough.

We were impressed by the generally high standard of design and finish throughout the areas we visited. The person (Samantha) who showed us round the village was very helpful and sympathetic, and not at all ‘pushy’, which was a relief.We were daunted by the prospect of having to downsize from a large four bedrooms house to a very much smaller two bedroom apartment, where all the rooms seemed small to us and there was very limited storage space.We were rather disappointed not to be shown an apartment with an East facing view over the valley.Overall, we thought that such a property might suit as at some future time, but not immediately. However, we were pleased to have had the opportunity to view the village.

I did write a review so do not understand that you haven't received it.Jennifer, the lady who showed me the apartment, was very helpful and understood my concerns about the one I was viewing. I found it disappointing as I expected something more luxurious. It had very low ceilings and had an air of depression about it. She suggested that perhaps one in the main building might be more to my liking and promised to keep me informed should one become available.

I was visiting Audley Inglewood with clients, to choose an apartment for their later retirement. I've visited before and it was great to see the estate has been maintained beautifully. The service was wonderful, the restaurant and library are fantastic and the grounds beautiful. We had a late lunch in the restaurant, the food was fantastic. Such a lovely environment, I'd love to retire there myself one day!

I visited the place with my wife as a surprise for her. It was our first visit to a retiring home. I wanted to know how the dwells are designed and with what facilities and services. I also wanted to see if it can be suitable for different stages in life; when one is totally independent and strong on his/her feet with still many of his family and friends are around and when a need arise to be cared for. The young lady who did the presentation was brilliant and gave a good insight to most of our question and good presentation. It was good to see elegant high quality common facilities like restaurant, lounge and patisserie. The location is a beautiful spot in Surrey country side but still with nice villages and interesting places around. The flat are comfortable with good sizes and high standard fitting. It has all one needs to live comfortably and independent. However, it still could be difficult to adjust for someone moving from a big house. In general we were quite impressed but found it on the expensive side and would only be interesting in the case when it becomes difficult for one to live alone and immediate emergency care is needed.
