I was a tenant of Zone lettings for 5 years in 2 different properties before buying my own place and can honestly say they are the best lettings agent I've used in all my 14 years of renting. They were always friendly, professional, quick to sort out problems when they arose and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property (or let one out)!

Several reasons for my review: Zone letting did not place my deposit in a protected scheme by the legally required date. They consistently did not fix issues we had such as a broken bath panel, a hole in the hallway flooring, blinds that didn't work (and never got replaced in the 18 months I lived in this property, despite sending 4 separate people to measure them), tried to charge us for cleaning carpets we had in writing they would replace entirely but never did, and did not refund us for months for locks that we had to purchase ourselves as there were no locking mechanisms on two of the street-side windows. I would NOT recommend them as a tenant or an owner.

SHAMEFUL. Being a landlord this agency was the WORST COWBOYS ever!!!!!!!. Not only did they put in 4 tenants in a 2 bedroom flat, they charged the tenant over £1000 in fees! And took the liberty to put up the rent without landlords knowledge, leaving me with what I believed was 'just what i was getting' and keeping the rest. The staff need training, even basic manners. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Adam and Kellie are not your usual high street managing agents. They have integrity and provide an affordable, practical and honest service. Adam and Kellie have been looking after my 3 rental properties for over 12 months. We rented a flat via Zone Letting at Stockbridge for a year. The service was highly professional from the very start, the viewing and until the ending of the contract. Every transaction was timely and smooth. I am seriously surprised with this quality of service as I normally had good experience, but not awesome. This time it was awesome indeed and I bet it has to do with the professionalism of our manager Ross. I highly recommend Zone letting and Ross specifically, either for tenant or for landlords. The worst renting company I've been through by a long stretch. Calling them awful would be far from reality: the agents, especially one named Ross, have no communication whatsoever with the landlords and get easily & unnecessarily angry regarding contract cancellations for let properties. The property we rented had sewage (human waste right under our bedroom windows), humidity & pest infestation problems which we uncovered after moving in. Avoid like the plague! Good riddance to these thieves and liars.

Such an easy company to deal with, I gave their property management team instruction to let my property over 12 months ago and there have been no problems what so ever. Unhelpful conniving thieves

DO not go with this company. I have had the worst experience, rented a flat for 2 years, had a leak which was not fixed for over 1 and a half years, the balcony was deemed unsafe when we moved in and was never fixed the entire residency. They then had the audacity to try and charge us for this. They also gave us incorrect move out details, so we moved out a week early, and instead of being held accountable for their mistake, they came back after we had moved out and charged us an extra weeks rent including council tax, and electricity bills for a property that we had evacuated as per the checkout email. Unhelpful, conniving thieves.

Zone were great. Moving in and moving out was very smooth. I had an issue early on with a boiler and I got a new boiler plus someone provided heating for me in the transition period. They also accepted my cat, which was super accommodating of them as not every agency accepts animals. I received my deposit back promptly.

Worst letting agent - do not use

I was emailed and asked to book a viewing for the property, which I did. Given a time and date of today at 10am. My poor partner spent over an hour trying to get to the property because of the roadworks, and when he got there no on answered. He was attending in my place as I currently supposed to be sleeping ( nightshift nurse). I phone and ask what's going on and get told, there is no bookings, even though it was the same gentlemen that booked me in at 10am. Incredibly poor service, if that's the poor management of a viewing I would hate to actually rent with them
