Professional team! Big issues but all sorted!

While we had HUGE problems with the apartment we rented via Zone (ceiling falling, rats, gas leak), Zone made sure to take care of us, and sort issues with Landlord. I wasn't expecting this to be honest, but they took care of everything, really professional in the end! Team is reasonable, few issues at first (misunderstandings), but professional otherwise.

Soulless and snobby

Hated every time I had to get in contact with them. They never showed us any respect, trust or consideration despite paying on time without issue for 5 years. Were incapable of making even basic decisions without asking the landlord first and refused to make any kind of upgrade to the property.
