Edinburgh - Zone Letting. Really poor, slow service. We made multiple requests for work to be done (including unblocking a drain which was blocked before we arrived) and they never did anything about it. Also incurred excessive cleaning charges at the end of the tenancy - despite cleaning the property before departing.

GoogleThey do a poor job by being unprofessional, rude, ignorant and complicated. You have a feeling they are doing everything your flat doesn't rent. One of those company which suffer because of poor manipulative menagement. I wouldn't trust them.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
