GoogleZone letting and the team of staff are fantastic. Rented a property with them for over two years, never once had any issues with getting repairs or queries answered. Always fixing things within 1-2 days maximum. They showed the utmost professionalism at all times. I would particularly like to thank Ross, who took great care of us from the first viewing until the end of our tenancy.

GoogleFab gem, tucked away opposite large Tesco in Broughton/Leith area.... we popped in while my little one was at a class at Broughton St Mary's Parish Church, and was delighted with the service, coffee and the range of love cakes! I only wish I'd thought to take a pic of the cakes, as they looked scrummy. I can't have cake rn as I'm on keto, but my partner had the honey cake, which he assured me was delicious! Highly recommend. There is additional cosy seating downstairs in the Hague Blue basement, as well as lovely tables in the bright upstairs area. Two thumbs up from us! Fab range of coffee from an incredible local roastery, as well as chai tea and an extensive range of barista drinks. Something for everyone!

GoogleI have been renting a flat through Zone Letting. They have been absolutely professional throughout, quick to deal with things, very communicative. Towards the end of the tenancy things got unnecessarily complicated with the landlady and Zone Letting were really fair and very helpful indeed. If I rent a flat in Edinburgh again I would certainly consider going back to them. Couldn't be better!

Awful company to deal with - don’t reply to emails, consistently need chasing up for months on end, always seem to have miscommunications between the team meaning information they give out is always wrong. Avoid.

GoogleAfter viewing a property and making an application I was asked to give them a call to their office to discuss it, which I did. The person who answered the call told me that he didn’t know anything about it and will need a FEW MINUTES to look at the paperwork and just put down the phone. I was expecting him to give me a call so I waited all day but eventually just called them back myself. This time, the phone was answered by the agent named Eion Kelly, who showed me the property in the first place. When I told him that their customer service was really poor he just said that they are not going to let this property to me and put down the phone. Absolutely unprofessional and rude time wasters. I would give zero stars if I could. No wonder they play a very small part in Edinburgh property market compared to other agencies.

GoogleWe rented a flat via Zone Letting at Stockbridge for a year. The service was highly professional from the very start, the viewing and until the ending of the contract. Every transaction was timely and smooth. I am seriously surprised with this quality of service as I normally had good experience, but not awesome. This time it was awesome indeed and I bet it has to do with the professionalism of our manager Ross. I highly recommend Zone letting and Ross specifically, either for tenant or for landlords. Great job! We will be missing Zone Letting, Ross and Stockbridge.

GoogleI wanted to rent a flat they advertised but there were no pictures. After having enquired I was promised pictures to be sent to my email within 3 days, seemed fair. 3 days had passed and I get an email requesting calling the office and booking a viewing. During the call I am informed that there are and will be no images of the flat prior to the viewing and that I have to book a viewing now. Quite frankly, felt wrong. We're in the middle of the pandemic and they want me to go see a flat I have seen only from outside the street? Highly unprofessional and also, I don't see why I HAVE TO call to book a viewing, even though I said I prefer not to call but rather sort it through email. Would not recommend. Ross is very rude.

GoogleI’ve been dealing with Zone Lettings for a while now and they’ve always been thoroughly professional in every aspect of their business. Ross is my main contact and nothing is ever too much trouble. A great communicator and always gets the job done. I would have no hesitation in recommending Zone.

STAFFED BY THE NARCISSISTS....Never, so far, came across such a ignorant letting agency, spotted a flat for rent, made a viewing inquiry and got an email back asking for further info about myself, which I provided, THEN NOTHING, sent 2 further viewing requests but still nothing, who does that ? a truely ignorant company staffed by nasty nasty fellow humans with no respect for anyone.

GoogleWe have recently ended our tenancy with Zone. I can highly recommend. They were very responsive to any issues and pleasant to deal with at all times. The flat was in immaculate condition and we really enjoyed our time there.

Moved in for a year rental and the service from start to finish was appalling. The house was in a poor state when we moved in and any issues raised with the house took significantly longer to be dealt with, if at all. When we moved out, the house was much cleaner than we left, yet they had the audacity to claim excessive cleaning fees and others onto the deposit. Has taken nearly 3 months to recover the deposit with deductions due to their lack of empathy and drive to assist their customers. A really poor experience with them. As a landlord myself, I would never use this company and as a renter, I will not use this company either.

GoogleThe most awful experience I ever had is dealing with this agency. They were rude, disrespectful, and liars, especially Ross Winton. He is the most rude person ever I dealt with, and the last thing I told him I will never deal with this awful agency and rude people

From start to finish during our year long tendency we had nothing but problems with zone letting. They took over 6 months to replace our faulty fire alarm (which is against the law) and did nothing with our bathroom Lino that was covered in mould and got progressively worse as the tenancy went on. We had multiple people come out to look at it with absolutely nothing done, and showed them the pictures to prove it was there when we moved in.

GoogleRenting a property with Zone for almost 6 years and never had any issues with them. Swift communication, always very polite. Gives plenty of notice for inspections/checks etc. Have dealt with Ross, Nick, Gosia, Jordan, Alan and everyone has been very nice.

GoogleA fine company with attentive, nice staff! From a tenant's perspective: The viewing & application procedure was simple and quickly performed; repairs were made as promptly as possible under quarantine measures in 2020/2021; the end of tenancy was also very well handled and the deposit was fair, money was not gouged for unfair reasons. Edinburgh has some quite mercenary property companies; in contrast, Zone are very fair - so are recommendable on that reason as well.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI really recommend it, it was better than I expected. 5 Stars to all of them. The property manager Kash is very nice and helpful, he really helped so much, im happy and satisfied.
