I had an update on how to report faults and most importantly what I should do as a stop gap measure, if something happens, especially with a water leakage, before reaching out for help Jason had time to explain fully and to my satisfaction.He also showed up in time as per our appointment, like he did last year and I was impressed. GoogleI had a property to sell with a price in mind, I met with Sam at the property, we both agreed that the price was fair, it was marketed, had a number of of viewings and was sold within a week. Thereafter Caroline kept in contact with me and liased with solicitors and the buyer to ensure a smooth process. My overall experience was excellent.

My experience has been beyond wonderful with UMega and they have gone above and beyond to make things so easy. I am very happy to say I have not had a problem with them at all and they are polite, efficient and trustworthy. Lewis Walker in particular has been very helpful when it has come to organising maintenance and has been very polite, supportive and accommodating. If you ask me, UMega is the best!

GoogleHad a viewing on Friday afternoon with Matthew hixon and what a pleasure it was, he was so attentive, answered all our questions and was very informative, He also arrived early which was perfect as we had to get off on a long drive after the viewing, We couldn’t have asked for better, and the property we viewed was exactly as advertised and in a lovely area, fingers crossed it’s our next home 😊

The service that Lewis has provided has been amazing since I moved into my property, whenever I have had any issues with my property he makes sure to have a contractor out as soon as possible, Lewis also follows up to make sure everything is fixed and if there is anything else he can do which I really appreciate. All contractors who have came to my property to fix work have all been polite and amazing.

There were a few things to be fixed but as soon as we raised them, Kellie was able to support us in getting them repaired in the first week. This made the move in really smooth and we could get on with settling in. Thanks Umega :)

GoogleWe are in the process of finding a house in Harrogate and we were fortunate enough to have Holly as our contact at Verity Freason..As soon as we met Holly we felt comfortable as she is so warm and friendly. We have registered with a number of agents but Holly is the only one who has maintained contact with us. She keeps in regular contact as soon as new properties become available and is pro activ..I can see why Verity Freason is the main estate agent in Harrogate and I would recommend them to any potential buyer !
