Our agent, Theresa, has been an absolute angel and is always on the ball with any issues we’ve raised. She is so attentive and helpful, and always so respectful to our home when doing flat checks. I highly recommend letting through Umega, especially with agents like Theresa on the team.

GoogleHad a really great experience with Matthew. From the moment we met, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to get to know us, asking what we were looking for and what was important to us when finding a home, which made the whole experience feel much more personal. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions we had. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us find the right place and wasn’t just going through the motions of a viewing. The whole process was relaxed and positive, and we really appreciated the effort and kindness shown throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a letting agent who is approachable, professional, and truly cares about their clients!!!

No idea why this company is award winning , there was nothing award winning about the conversation. It seemed like it was a hassle to talk to her when it was a legitimate enquiry, I wouldn't travel an hour to visit a property and waste my time and the agents time if they cannot answer a question before hand or at least call me back with an answer.

GoogleSuper easy to secure the place. However support throughout and communication is awful. Took months to get a light circuit fixed in the bathroom. How is it acceptable to not have a bathroom light?

GoogleI rent out a flat in Edinburgh, which Umega have managed for the last 7 years. I have always been satisfied with their work and have confidence in them as property managers. Recently I had an administrative issue concerning my HMO licence. Theresa Shanahan, from Umega, dealt with the matter efficiently and professionally. She was thorough and kept me informed throughout the process. I can certainly recommend Umega.
