Communication is shocking. Why they are called places for people is beyond me. Not professional at all. Not empathetic and like to pass the blame without updating you on what’s going on. You have to be a mind reader when dealing with them! Absolute joke!

Had to phones places for people's emergency repair number, needed a plumber fast toilet cistern died. Within an hour a lovely plumber had turned up at my flat here in the center of Norwich and fixed it, he has ordered a new cistern superhero plumber cape and all 😁.

Diabolical. Moved me, my husband and two babies into a home full of rising damp, floors crumbling, cupboards falling apart and freezing cold. Rang a repairs line I was given for the leak in the kitchen and was told “if it’s not flooding the house then there’s nothing we can do”

Been a valued customer 4 and half years. And when i needed amendments done to the property to maintain my healthy you said no. Reguardless of my offering to pay more rent. And so i had the stress and physival.strain of moving and starting again somewhere else.
