This is a company which has absolutely no regard for the wellbeing of its tenants.As long as they are collecting rent payments, they do not care at all about the behaviour of tenants or the effects that the anti-social behaviour of a small minority has on other residents.

Very good organisation from managers staff at CUSTOMER services operational centres to workers employed to carry out repairs always 100% problems were remedied everyone was polite I've read the reviews that some people have left upon here in my opinion I'm appalled at how people have disrespected places for people as a whole

I am actually renting a flat built and serviced by them: lift broken for days, the rubbish collection zone a pure nightmare, leaking everywhere, for the first 4 months we had the fire alarm system unfit, people from them the most rude and ill-mannered and aggressive I've ever met. Avoid them like the pest!
