Great landlord for sure. My main concern however is the lack of maintenance to newer properties as this leads to deterioration. We need walls painted maybe even every two years and pavements blasted with a pressure washer to remove weeds, dirt and moss. Other than that, absolutely great landlord with affordable rent.

This is purely because of the fact that you install payment meters on the property. I have rented from PFP for 12yrs and had a DD with my energy supplier and my new property with PFP has a payment meter installed and it is an absolute joke trying to get rid of them
