I'm going against all the other comments on this page! I reported a neighbours tree which was so overgrown it was blocking light into properties either side. I liaised with Maxine (Place Manager) and the tree was felled yesterday. It took a few months due to birds nesting but she kept in contact throughout to keep me updated.
