The customer services are always very helpful. They do their very best to help as much as poss.However, my tv aerial on the roof has been destroyed by the overhanging trees, the ridge tiles have been knocked off by the trees, as has the new guttering! Still, places for people deem it not necessary to cut them back.

By far the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. To be honest you might as be talking to yourself because PfP are not interest, even after making a formal complaint due to exposed live electrical wiring, 4 weeks later I haven't heard a word from them. Desperately looking for a swap> Honestly cant wait to get away from them.
