I had a problem with my gas boiler. I rang Places for People on a Saturday and the engineer called on Saturday evening and quickly sorted out the problem.

Living above a drug flat.Police found drugs.No eviction.Places for people present.Needles and rough sleepers on our stairing.Broken entrance door glass and a year later still got wood covering it.Had to sleep in living room last 2 years due to druggies going to the drug flat and cant have my door buzzer on as its pressed all day.

Well I thought I was moving into a nice little flat with no issues as I had been told all work has been done, since moving in I've found many issues with the house and been told with covid 19 no repairs will be done which I think is ridiculously since work men had already been in the property.

I rang to try and get help on a rodent problem, and received no help at all, it was a case of passing the buck. We pay a lot of money to live in these flats both rent and service charges and get very little help when we need it Not at all happy about outcome from pfp
