For a couple of month Octavia Court Watford has new cleaning staff. Since the cleaning service definitely improved. The service is more accurate, the hallways mopped properly and the cleaning staff has a very polite attitude with tenants. He keeps social distance and uses mask . Also the laundry cleaned properly, bin changed and the washing machines whipped. Tenants are happy with the service.

As a tenant i am extremely dissatisfied with your level of customer assistance. Ive been waiting a year now for my kitchen to be fixed and keep getting let down to the point when workmen dont even turn up. Ive had to take 3 days of work during the last year with no work taking place. This is not fair and and extremely disappointing.

Rang again today 5 working days later and the repair had not been actioned the work supervisor knew nothing about it. Told to ring customer service again explain the situation told they would contact me to let me know the situation Still no contact bad customer service

I would never recommend places for people I am facing with eviction for having my Autistic son visiting me seems to think he lives with me I am his sole carer. because the manager seems to think I’m braking my tenancy agreement they are taking me to court to evict . My son has had to sleep rough on the streets

The flat was left cleanish , but alot of shoddy workmanship and realised after a couple of days of popping in and out that I have 2 different worktops in the kitchen.
