Maintenance of front lawns plus autumn leavegathers at my front door. Garden maintenance does absolutely no maintenance apart from mowing front lawno then leaving the street messy. Back alley behind properties disgusting. What are they spending our service charges on?

If you would like to keep your sanity, please avoid this housing association where possible. The area managers are simply incompetent, and I wouldn't trust this company (or Astley Village's area manager, Michelle Newman) to run a bath.

The only thing they know is taking money.they change the key before the notice finished and I left my posts there which I couldnot collect them and then I called them for my posts they say will send to your new addrees and its over 2mounth I am waiting for them.If it was possible to give them zero star I would do it for this liars.

I am quite shocked to read these reviews, i have always had first class service from the Maintenance side, no problems whatsoever. The only gripe i do have is, i have waited and still waiting for my fence repair,which i reported about 18 months ago, in that time we have replaced 2 others ourselves. As we do have a dog, and grandchildren visit, we do not need escapies.

I contacted P4P as the outside staircase was developing many cracks one 5 mm wide. I was told it was not an emergency therefore nothing could be done. Not even just to look at the problem.
