The service was very good but the fact that the let had to be started immediately upon acceptance is difficult as most people have to give a month's notice to their existing landlord. In my case I had to pay and extra two weeks rent as the two lets overlapped. Apart from this the service was friendly, efficient and safe.

Have been a customer for 11 years and now just moving into a house with them ! Amazing service the guys who do repairs etc are always so polite and helpful and my dealings with this new property and sign up have been faultless! So lucky to have such affordable rent and can’t say anything negative !

An unscrupulous, unethical, greedy organisation with crooked leadership. Allenbuild (Places for People group company) has constructed defective buildings now valued at £0 due to fire safety defects. They are refusing to take responsibility and trying to ignore the issue, which could result in the innocent leaseholders being hit with massive bills for tens of thousands of £££.
