I reported a fence repair 23rd march 2019 I have been sent a letter saying it will not be done till june 2020, 15 monthes to do a repair is disgusting, the fence is on the floor, when I told the lady in your call centre she told me to go and pick it up, I am disabled, so I am very upset and quite annoyed.

The 'Over 55's' Property which we have been lucky enough to rent is exceptional, fixtures and fittings are of great quality, and maintenance is outstanding. Staff are courteous, prompt and efficient, as is workmanship, in fact nothing seems too much trouble, so very happy to recommend this marvellous H/A.
