GoogleFantastic experience with Northwood. I dealt with Tom and he was both friendly and professional. The ability to call up and speak to an agent or walk into their office for a chat isn't always possible these days in Edinburgh given how busy the market is but with Northwood you can. Highly recommend these guys.

GoogleWe have recently used Northwood as our letting agent to let out our flat in Edinburgh. Lewis was our first contact, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and had the flat on the letting market within days. Stuart, Luisa, Maria, Eden etc in the office have been very professional and responsive. We had tenants in the flat within just over 2 weeks. We would highly recommend Northwood to anyone who’s looking for a letting agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleTerrible experience as the other tenants rating 1 star. Here're some anecdotes we had with them: - Prior to us leaving the flat, they suggested a cleaning company that was meant to be the same that cleaned our flat before our tenancy. Turned out the lady has never been in our flat before, so we asked again for the real one. Turned out the second was ~£150 cheaper. - Dump issues all over the flat (floors, skirting, walls) were referred to lack of ventilation from our side, until they finally decided to fix it. - Dump contractors shared keys with the painting contractor accessing our flat without notice. Thought we we're being robbed! - Boiler was not working properly since day 1, but all our requests for fixing it were denied until it exploded. Installation date: 1997. .... Our tenancy lasted exactly 2 years, and we still rage when remembering one year after. A general arrogant attitude and despise for the tenant is all you'll get from them. AVOID at all cost. Alex

GoogleI have rented a number of properties in and around Edinburgh and as a tenant, I can honestly say that Northwood have been my preferred letting agent. All the staff I have dealt with at Northwood have been very friendly and their level of service is excellent. Eden (my letting agent) has been suburb. She's been extremely approachable and responded quickly to any queries I had. Northwood were never intrusive while I was renting from them, they let you know weeks in advance if there are any scheduled inspections and were incredibly helpful if any maintenance work needed completing in the property. If you're looking for a friendly, reliable and trustworthy company to rent from... I recommend you choose Northwood Edinburgh!

GoogleNorthwood have been managing our flat for a number of years now. The Edinburgh team are spot on, friendly, professional, we always get our rent on time, inspection reports done regularly. They sold a flat for us last year which took all the stress out of selling for us. We’ve been with a few agents over the last 20 years, none have met Northwoods standards! Great job Hugh and Stuart and all the team. Tricia and Gilbert
