GoogleEnquired about a property I had found to rent, used the website to enquire about a viewing however asked about dogs since they're advert was poor and didn't state this. Specifically mentioned in my initial email about dogs and if they don't then I don't require any further viewings. Recieved a email following day about viewings and if I wanted to go ahead with one. (Didn't answer my dog question) so presuming this property would consider my dogs. So replied saying yes I would like a viewing. No reply, so phoned to see if they got my email to get a very very rude man on the phone, saying this property doesn't accept dogs!!!! No apology , just a sorry our adverts are shocking and don't state about pets, or sorry this property doesn't, in a more customer friendly way.

GoogleI've only been renting with Northwood for about a month now, but so far I'm more than happy with them and the experience has been very smooth so far. The team responds promptly and sorts out issues straight away. For example, when I notified them of the broken dishwasher in my new flat, they sent someone to put in a new one 2 days later. Stellar service!

GoogleNorthwood took over from the Key Place as our letting agent about half way through our tenancy. They were pretty reasonable and fair throughout their time. I would give 5 stars but it took several weeks to resolve a washing machine that needed replacing and a boiler that needed fixing (two or three times an engineer came round without keys when we told them no one was home and he would need to pick up keys from them). It also took several weeks to receive our check out letter after we had to prompt them a few times. However, the rest of the time they were reasonable and fair and didn't overcharge us for cleaning fees like I hear Southside do.

GoogleI cannot praise Northwood highly enough! When we rented out our property, they were so efficient and dealt with anything that arose so quickly, we never had to worry about anything. We decide to use Northwood when we decided to sell and I am so glad we did. They were outstanding and could not be more helpful and reassuring during the whole process. I cannot praise them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of renting or selling a property!!

GoogleI moved to Northwood on a recommendation from a friend as I was unhappy with the well known letting agent I was with. The difference is amazing. I now get an answer to a phone call within 3 rings, often even earlier and emails are answered promptly and helpfully. That’s an enormous difference from my previous letting agents. I renovated my flat as I moved to Northwood and they were very helpful with that too. So far I can’t recommend them highly enough. They found me a tenant within a week and at their time a few months on it seems like a good tenant. I’m very pleased with their service.

GoogleBest agency so far! The agents answer questions and solve problems extraordinarily quickly. We've been tenants with them for 5 months now and we had a few issues to solve, as it happens, but they have been super helpful and made the process not stressful. As an example, the fridge broke down and more or less 24h later we had it replaced and working again.

Staff are professional. Having been in the property a year the level of support continues and I would recommend the company for renting and I assume all other services would be equally 😊
