I viewed a property to rent at quite short notice. The flat had only just appeared on the market, and I managed to arrange a viewing through DJ Alexander the next afternoon. I met with Colin the property manager, who was professional and helpful in answering all the questions I had about the flat. He was quick in responding to my emails after viewing the flat.

I’d like to start by saying that every member of staff I dealt with were extremely friendly and nothing was too much, even when I was pestering them with pernickety questions. Laura in the lease department worked very hard to have my agreement completed quickly for which I’m incredibly grateful. It gives me confidence for an excellent future tenant/agent relationship.
