They provided me with a disgracefully inaccurate move in report - especially regarding cleanliness. Then tried to get me to sign a document which said I would pay to get the property professionally cleaned (which was unlawful at the time).On move out attempted to charge me for things which I had brought to their attention on move in. Written and photographic evidence was clearly marked by myself on the move in report but they still ‘tried their luck’. They do not care about the tenant and only show loyalty to the landlord.

I would like to express my gratitude for Ms Galina Webster's help and support helping us to rent a flat in Edinburgh. We really are grateful for everything she did for us when we met her first time in Oct 2023. And finally we can move into the new home in March 2024.She is kind to tell us all information regarding the renting procedure in UK that make us impressed. She took the time to let us to tell our requirements and preferences, particularly for our children, and she kept in finding properties to match our need.Throughout the process, she kept to update us the status with guidance and advice. Her knowledge let us to settle here without stress.We want thank you once again to Galina for all that she has done for us.

Can't organise a p!ss up in a brewery,most recent issue I've had with them is a leak in the flat in October 2023 still waiting on it getting fixed despite the fact the leak stopped the same day,only after threatening to withhold rent did someone actually respond or do anything about the issue and said they would send someone today (18.04.24) but this isn't the first time I've had to do this to get a response. It shouldn't be that you have to do this to get them to action request and do their job. You get zero communication from them when you ask for updates just an absolute shambles, almost worth living with the damage in the flat just to avoid the stress of getting anything fixed.

GoogleWe work with the team at DJs regularly in our search for good quality rental properties and everyone is extremely helpful and professional. The team who carry out the viewings are so helpful and friendly, particularly Bayanaa, Giulia and Perry. It's a big company but they still manage to offer a personal level of service.
