I am a current tenant with Dj Alexander …

I am a current tenant with Dj Alexander and have been so since 2015. I have had the worst experiences throughout the years, I called them a month ago to inform them about a leak in the boiler, nothing serious but wanted to keep them informed so they could look into the matter before it got worst. I was than promised a call back to keep me updated on the situation, to my surprise, never got a call back on the progress of this maintenance issue. Called them again today and was informed that the maintenance issue was not even recorded. To add to this I was again promised a call back, fingers crossed and hopefully receive a call back and never have to go through this again. The only reason I write this review is because its not the first time I have had this kind of an experience with Dj Alexander.

Perfect Service

An astoundingly professional and helpful company, so speedy with every response and such a large amount of property. With just days to a fleeting visit to Edinburgh, they arranged no less than four properties for me to view, all of them matching my criteria. Rental agent Caitlin Butler in particular was a credit to the company.

Freezing through christmas

I am 2 weeks off seventy, have asthma. I am now on my 14th day with no heating or hot water over Christmas period. Have been told it would be fixed last week then on Friday I was told boiler had only been ordered previous Tues. Can not believe how I have been treated. No one ever phones you back.
