Dj Alexander manages the flat above mine and have consistently failed to deal with the obnoxious behaviour of their clients. The rude messages and obscenity as they pass the flat never dealt with.

Terrible company let your flat being completely destroyed by tenants you will not get one penny back it will all be on you. Protect tenants not owner. Quote from contractors wrong terrible maintenance management new system how to get lost and do work without your authorisation but Mainly will let tenants destroy your flat and will thanks THEM for it.To avoid for landlord!

Djalexander never stop letting us down, I strongly recommend anyone out there to not rent with them! They were carrying out refurbishment job at our rented flat, saying that the job supposed to be finished by today and flat cleaned in order for us to enter it, instead at today some of the floor is not been covered, there are holes everywhere and cleaning has not be done! I would never think that an agent could be more arrogant than them, whenever you email them, someone different will ring you, they don’t like email possibly because they don’t like to leave any written record of their disservice.Such a disgrace!

We are currently renting from them, as they took over the rental of our property last November. Since then, we never had any repairs done, we have a child and they still didn’t provide a fire alarm working. They are trying to get us out of our flat although we have been there for over two years, claiming they need repairs...We are now in an Airbnb which is only paid until the 18th of April and they are not even saying where we will be going after that!? And we have a child!! Shameful!
Marianna, I was surprised to read this email based on the conversation and subsequent email I sent on Friday detailing the situation and offer of further support.As you are aware there has been a significant leak and damage created to your property and the property below. This has resulted in you and your family being placed in temporary accommodation. This accommodation has been booked until the 18th April but can very much be reviewed now we have a clearer understanding of the situation. I have further offered to support you find another property which will help you find a more permanent home for your family.
