The process of renting out our property was very straight forward. Stephen Lawson assisted us. Very friendly and professional, he came over and took amazing pictures and was always available for any queries! It was a pleasure to deal with him.The A propos app DJ Alexander offers is very handy, allowing us to control and being kept informed at all time about our property, wherever we are 24/7.Overall, we are very pleased with the service so far.

Run a mile from D J Alexander’s all froth an no beer, can only describe there management as extremely poor, had tenant in my property whom I got to know and informed me they was desperate to get my house to rent they phoned over fifteen times and nobody got back to them for a viewing, decided to change letting agent to 1-2 Let for lower commission and a superior service.

I was trying to contact them for last 3 weeks, no respond at all, i try through their website, Zoopla, Rightmove, And throug the phone more than 45 time, i even try to speak with some other departments twice and who ever pick up the phone they said we will email the letting department to call you back, and still no respond, which look like a real proplem and made me concern incase i ever rent any thing from them how i will be able to be in touch with them. And after i check the reviews here 🤷🏽♀️

I rented with DJA for 5 years and had an excellence experience. They really have the balance right between tenant and landlord - and were always incredibly responsive. Having now left my property I can say the exit experience was also very fair and thorough. High recommend for anyone renting!

They offer a complete management service which makes letting completely hassle free. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for an apartment I am interested in for a week with no success. I have repeatedly called DJ Alexander but have been unable to get through to anyone in the viewing team. Last Tuesday (04/08/2020) I spoke to a member of the operations team who took my contact details to be passed on to a member of the viewing team. I was called back and advised that I would not be able to book a viewing until the tenant had moved out and would be contacted at the beginning of the next week (10/08/2020). I have not heard anything since. I have called numerous times since the 10/08/2020 and have left my contact details with two different members of the operations team and still have not been contacted. I have also sent several emails enquiring about the property and stating my keen interest, but have not received a response. I understand that DJ Alexander is extremely busy, but I am very disappointed that I have not been able to arrange a viewing for an apartment I have repeatedly expressed interest in.

Generally OK, usually respond well. Key handover was a disaster, only allow keys to be collected during the working day when people aren't free, only gave us 1 set of keys originally. Then delayed the other set being given to us. Also haven't given us the keys for the garden despite moving in 3 months ago and emailing multiple times.

My daughter has been communicating trying to rent a property in Edinburgh. DJ Alexander's communication is absolutely the worst I have witnessed by a long way! How they treat their customers is awful! My daughter had waited weeks for an online viewing, now she has applied she is waiting for an answer from them regarding an issue with the application. For over a week she has called and emailed every single day and got no reply from anyone despite leaving voicemails!! She is 6 months pregnant with 3rd child, needs a bigger house asap. It is absolutely disgusting how she is being treated!!

We've recently rented an apartment via DJA. Nice helpful people - very efficient. I've deducted one star as their associated Goodlord platform seems to have many problems - we had to involve their tech support several times. I think many prospective tenants would have given up and gone elsewhere.

After being advised my rented property was going to be vacated by the tenant the DJ Alexander team got to work, organised a redecoration, cleaning etc in swift time in preparation for a new tenant.The team manager Lisa Grieve is someone you can rely on and a working trust quickly formed.Definitely a company I will recommend to manage you rental property
