Myself and my girlfriend are in the process of buying a home at The Sweetings development in Kent. We have, in recent weeks, been liaising with a gentleman called George who has been fantastic. His professional, friendly and polite approach has made our experience so relaxing when a house purchase can be so stressful. We finally signed our paperwork, secured our plot and we couldn’t be happier. Thank You George and thank you Dandara, our dream home has become a reality.

Fantastic service - a bit thanks to Susan

We made a reservation with Aberdeen Dandara 7 months ago. The sale manager, Susan, was extremely friendly and helpful. She kept us informed and managed our purchase brilliantly, and she was always available to answer our questions whenever they arose. Susan was wonderful to speak with, going above and beyond to ensure everything was fine, especially when our solicitor kept her radio salience for 2 months. I would have absolutely no trouble in recommending Susan and her sale team, massive thanks to Susan. We received the keys about a week ago, exciting times! The property looks so lovely, though there are some defects checked by a professional inspector. The Aberdeen Care Team responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. We hope the minor defects can be resolved before we move in. Another review will be followed.

The brilliant Dandara team

The sales manager Kerry Rogers was very professional and fun to deal with, the sales team Liz Birchall and Ava Miller was a pleasure to deal with and also very professional. Russ Kelly (Customer Care) did the initial inspection on my behalf and picked up 5 ridicules issues which were not obvious, along with Rachel Layt who handed over the apartment to me. I have bought many apartments and houses from Dandara, there attention to detail and finishes are second to none, I would recommend Dandara and their team to anyone.Thank you so much. DO NOT BUY HOUSE FROM DANDARA

DO NOT BUY HOME FROM DANDARA. The quality is a joke, the customer service is a joke and the emergency contact they provide is also a joke. It is raining outside and we found that there's a hole in the ceiling near the bay window. Water is coming out like waterfall. We call the emergency contact to seek help. The woman in the emergency contact spent 15 minutes to locate my address and then 7 minutes to jot down my case. And then just tell me according to the rules, this is not an emergency case and ask me to contain the water by myself and contact customer care 2 days later. She even said she has given me the advise what to do already. JOKE!!! nothing more than a JOKE when buying house from DANDARA. If you want to have the same experience, buy DANDARA house is your right choice.

Buying a Dandara apartment was so simple.This is down to their excellent highly organised sales team who were very professional from start to finish. You are kept updated at every step of the way. Any queries are answered immediately enabling you to be 100% happy prior to your purchase. We felt we were given an excellent one to one service. Dandara even negotiated with a local law firm to offer a very competitive rate for legal fees. Everything is thought of to make your purchase timely, efficient and stress free.Their marketing material is beautifully presented showing apartment layouts, measurements and prices to allow a prospective purchaser to choose the right apartment for their requirements. What you see on the brochure is exactly what you get when the development is finished. Outside areas are beautifully landscaped for every purchaser to enjoy. We bought the apartment as an investment and chose to take advantage of their Property Management Service and Rentals Department which ensures your apartment is let to a suitable tenant. They take care of producing the Tenancy Agreement amongst other things such as arranging annual servicing of boiler, doors and windows, in fact anything that needs attention. This takes away the worry of being a landlord knowing our apartment is well cared for, leaving us free to travel whenever we want.Dandara have thought of everything and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying one either as an investment or to live in yourself.

Love our new Dandara home(Ashgrove) and fantastic sales/care team

We are the first time buyer and had a lot of concerns to make the biggest purchase for us since we moved to UK. We spent almost two years to find a right house for us. When Jacqueline from Dandara introduced us this lovely town house, we really liked it and all purchase process went smooth owing to Dandara's sale team's support. Especially Jacqueline was excellent and she made our dream come true. It happened just a month of purchasing process. Although there was a bit of delay in the end of completion date, it was reasonable considering current situation of a long lead time of supply. The house is warm and the layout of the house is great. We are also lucky to settle down with nice neighbours in convenient location within Loanhead. We also thanks to Siobhan, Sam and Aaron for our home care and solving the snagging lists.

Rebecca at Saxon Park

Rebecca at Saxon Park has been brilliant. She showed us around the show homes explaining all of the features and upgrades before leaving us to explore on our own. Rebecca was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, including taking us through site plans to look at the best homes for us. She then arranged a viewing of a 5 bed show home at the oaks (as no 5 beds available at Saxon Park) Since our visit she has emailed to answer some follow up questions.
