Shameful behaviour.. Dandara have just pulled the plug on a…

Dandara have just pulled the plug on a sale of a reserved property in Battle. The buyers, an elderly couple from South Wales, lost the sale of their property and we stepped in immediately to buy it. There was therefore some delay but we are/we’re about to complete in 2 weeks. They announced today they have sold the property. The suspicion is clearly they got a higher offer and that trumps Customer Care, respect and integrity. The ripple effect is being felt down the chain. Shame on them!

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all costs. Had over a 198 snags when I moved in. I’ve had to literally fight them for a year to get the snags remedied and they are still a number outstanding. The drains on the development are not fit for purpose and keep blocking. Also made to sign up for a management company for the development that turns out to be affiliated to Dandara and they charged a years fee and no landscaping or ground maintenance has been carried out. Shocking workmanship and customer care from start to finish. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THESE COWBOYS.

Terri, Brendan and Samantha - the dream team

Terri, Brendan and Samantha really went above and beyond I would say during the 3 years that we’ve stayed at the Westmount flat. From start to finish they’ve been accommodating and really quick to answer any of our questions and in making sure we have the best experience whilst living within the property. Any issues reported, they are always quick to respond so they get resolved quickly. There was not a lot as the property was well taken care of as well. Bitter sweet that we are leaving soon due to personal reasons but definitely was a good experience for us and have 3 years worth of good memories in the flat so thank you team. :)

Bradley and Johnathan - The Grove

We recently purchased a 2 bed house at The Grove in Haddenham. We mostly dealt with Bradley throughout our experience, he was incredibly helpful and explained everything to us along the way, we can not fault the service we were provided by both him and Johnathan. Compared to our last house purchase (not with Dandara) this house move has been such an easy and well managed process. I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Pippins in Hamstreet, specifically the Chartwell Show Home, and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Our tour guide, Tommy, was a fantastic host, providing us with detailed information about the property and its features while keeping us entertained with his charming personality. His colleague, Beau or Joe, was equally pleasant and helpful.One of the standout features of the show home was the breakfast room, which my son absolutely loved. The space was bright and airy, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the windows. The built-in dog feature was a unique touch that added a playful and whimsical feel to the room. My son was thrilled with the idea of having a dog house built right into the house, and I'm sure his dog Rufus would have loved it too.Overall, The Pippins in Hamstreet left a great impression on me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality property. The attention to detail and unique features of the Chartwell Show Home, combined with the exceptional service from Tommy and his team, made for an unforgettable experience.

I recently visited Dandara Homes in Aberdeen to view some of their properties, and I was thoroughly impressed with both the build quality and the level of customer service provided by their staff, Andrea. From the moment we arrived, Andrea was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to show us around the different types of homes they had built and answering all of our questions in a professional manner.The build quality of the homes was exceptional, and it was clear that Dandara Homes takes great pride in ensuring that their properties are built to a high standard. Fantastic service from Andrea

You’ll never guess who we bumped into 22 years on? Andrea Robertson. Andrea helped my husband and I buy our first home when we got married and we spent 7 happy years there, before moving on. Now we are looking for our new home nearer to Aberdeen and when we visited the show home Andrea could not be more helpful. Genuinely interested in us as customers, Andrea is really honest and has our best interests at heart. Andrea also helped my mum and dad purchase their home a few years back and again they had the highest levels of service from Andrea and still remember her fondly years later.

After years of avoiding new builds…

After years of avoiding new builds because of what you were hearing about quality of build etc, Dandara in no way typify that sort of reputation. In all aspects they are a pleasure to deal with. The staff obviously all enjoy working for them, our main contact Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of the development, and always very pleasant and engaging. The site staff also have been very cooperative and willing to deal with the few minor snagging issues we have had.

I’ve only given 3 stars as I’ve experienced a disappointing experience. I admit I’ve been here over the two years so I don’t qualify for any help with some shoddy work which I’ve found too late I know .House is built well , struggled with poor standard of garden but I’ve dealt with that myself. Big issue for me but a small job for Dandara was discovering the side garage door has never been finished off properly. Huge unfinished gaps all along the bottom of door . Flat no from customer service not even any advice. They shouldn’t have been allowed to get away with such poor work. Not what you pay good money for

Another great experience dealing with the sales and customer experience teams at Dandara.From our very first meeting with Kerry to look at new apartments, she took the time to give us the opportiuntiy to see as much or as little as we wanted, in a number of the company's property portfolio. Kerry has been very pleasant to deal with and couldn't do any more to help us. She was a wealth of useful knowledge and information and always had answers to our questions.We consider ourselves fortunate to have been able to view New Market Yard at an early stage and were delighted to be able to secure one of the properties there.
