We enquired about a property at your Saxton Park development. The sales team were fantastic, knowledgeable, efficient and incredible friendly throughout, this made the process less daunting for us, as it was our first property purchase. Had we not had such a memorable experience, I am certain we would not have purchased a home from Dandara or indeed, this site. We were trying to find a new home in Kent and I made an enquiry with Dandara at Hamstreet. They got in contact very quickly. We then did a visit to the site and had a meeting with Joe Stockton. We were very interested in their properties, so we went to view a house that was completed at another of their developments as suggested by Joe. We loved their properties and they certainly had some great features ( storage, garden and garage). The standard of finish is superb. All through both Joe and other Dandara people were so helpful. In the end we went for another development just due to availability and close to a hospital ( just one important aspect for us). However, we cannot fault Dandara for their amazing friendliness and help. They are excellent communicators and very professional to deal with, so thank you all.

Great company to work with, from the outset Jo and Val worked really hard to make sure we got our dream bungalow, we love living here in the country.Sure there were a few items on the snagging list but they were soon identified and resolved. Sam the site manager knows his stuff and was always happy to help.We would buy from Dandara again, and would recommend to any new build buyers

DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLEBuying a Dandara house has been the WORST experience of my house-buying life- I have owned six properties before this one, one a new-build- and I have never, ever had mould in my property before. According to Dandara this is a 'normal part of the drying out process'- THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL HOUSES IN THIS RANK CONDITION.My advice, AVOID buying a house from Dandara-I feel like I'm living in hell- can't sell it, unless I take at least a 10% loss plus more stamp duty and estate agents fees to pay. This was supposed to be a nice, easy downsize for me. I RUE THE DAY I EVER HEARD THE NAME DANDARA. I curse anyone involved with this company- HOW DO THEY KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THESE SHODDY BUILDS? WHO'S GETTING THE BACKHANDERS? CORRUPT. HOW IS IT IN ANY WAY ACCEPTABLE TO LIVE WITH MOULD? I BET THE MANAGING DIRECTORS DON'T HAVE MOULD IN THEIR MANSIONS- THEY SHOULD HANG THEIR HEADS IN SHAME AT THE MOULD-RIDDLED BOXES THEY THROW TOGETHER.

So we have lived in our Dandara Home for nearly 3 years and have been waiting for 18 months for a retaining wall to be fixed. The mortar is crumbling and there's cracks appearing. The garden is a bog and been part fixed with nasty grids that have now rusted. I am promised every time I contact Customer Relations that it will be fixed but it never is.
We're sorry to hear this. We understand from the team that this is being looked into and our contractors are booked to visit on Monday.

Just moved to the Novo Drayton site in the last of the development here. Having bought new properties in the past I can honestly say that the staff at the marketing suite, Val and Tracy have been extremely helpful and caring at a difficult time. Although we had to wait longer than expected due to supply delays, it was well worth the wait with only a small number of minor faults which were sorted immediately. I would definitely recommend Dandara and after visiting other building developments Dandara exceeded them all with their customer service and build quality. We love the house!
