GoogleI rented a flat with Cullen Property and was delighted with their service. The flat was immaculate and they ensured that it was in the same condition when I left. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful and my property manager, Dean Archibald, always responded to my queries extremely quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this letting agent.

GoogleResponsive with any issues, diligent cleaners, didn't try to screw me on my deposit at all, bills inc never got overcharged and was always plenty warm. Good landlord. Took a room in a 5 bed flat without meeting other tenants and it was fine, they'd all done the same at one point too, so we had a lot in common.

GoogleI am a current Tennant at one of the properties managed by Cullen Property. The team are always very responsive and deal with issues or problems that may occur immediately. Dean Archbold managed the property that we occupy and he was extremely helpful and kind. He was also very good at dealing with issues that we found ourselves in.

GoogleVery friendly agent (Dean Archbold) who was quick to reply to emails and very reasonable when it came to checkout regarding general wear and tear. Our flat was lovely and in good condition. Only problem we had once was that a maintenance issue took a few months to sort out- which was longer than we had anticipated.

GoogleGreat letting agent; very thorough service throughout the year we let through them. Incredibly meticulous; we moved into an immaculate flat, freshly painted. The downslide is when you are moving out the flat has to be in a perfect condition, which can be difficult and expensive to achieve. Would recommend to both students and professionals.

We received positive and helpful responses to our emails quickly and got our full deposit back when the tenancy ended. Would recommend renting a property with this agency.
