I have found communication easy to establish by phone, email or in person & what I have been told they will do to help they have actually done. I can???t have been the easiest customer to speak with on the phone so I really appreciated her calm and patient approach.

GoogleI have been with northwoods neigh on 7yrs or more, every member of staff is nothing other than proffessional & willing to help nothing is to much trouble. My rapour with them is 2nd to none & i have no probs when asking for a problem to be sorted. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The boss is lovely to v helpful & down to earth. He photographed the split in the window sill, and agreed to forward this to my landlord, and make a note on my file that I could in no way be responsible for causing it. A very quick inspection and very pleasantly executed.

GoogleNegative. Northwood have behaved appallingly. On a fully managed rent agreement, I find my property trashed. In fact, it's a health hazard! How any company can think it acceptable to treat a customer in this way is beyond my comprehension. My property will cost thousands to put right. I just cannot believe Northwood could had back a property in this condition. Shameful.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Although we didn't buy through Northwoods in the end, Andrew was really helpful in trying to match our needs to properties available especially as we lived out of area. We liked his honest, transparent approach and would not hesitate to recommend.
