Direct reviewsChris conducted my flat inspection and deemed my flat tidy and pleasant. In answer to his enquiry if I was satisfied that all was in order, I was able to say that I am. I raised the point that the Velux windows are now quite old and are getting draughty, and would in due course need attention.

Direct reviewsI chose the guaranteed rent scheme which is for fixed periods of one to three year terms and at the expiry of the term you need to contact Northwood for a new term quote as you will not be notified. Your tenant is Northwood and they sublet to a tenant of their choice. This means specialist property insurance which is available through northwoods which is more expensive than shopping around. Also you need to keep track of what required maintenance and compulsory legislation which you are responsible for, so chase up your copies of the paperwork.

Direct reviewsIt was nice meeting Chris Smith-Property Inspector yesterday. He was polite and engaging. He asked if I had any issues with the property and took notes. He did an inspection and didn???t see any issues apart from the lock on the bedroom window which I pointed out to him. A very nice person

GoogleNorthwood staff are friendly and approachable. Whenever I have had any maintenance concerns or general concerns I have never struggled to speak with someone. The tenants that Northwood have sourced have never missed payments and have looked after my properties well.
